First time eating here and def won’t be back. Don’t think I’ve ever written a review before but this one got me so mad I had to. $12 just to throw my sub down the trash. Had a simple order avocado cheese turkey bacon and got a solid 10 slices of cheese on my regular sub with little to no avocado and the bacon and bread were just terrible quality no taste. I know if I took that same order to subway they would’ve made me a better sub for cheaper. Really disappointing, to anyone looking for a sub place I would recommend jersey mikes if ur trying to get a good sub actually worth the price. Don’t come here unless you’re looking for a tasteless and basic sub. Felt like I was eating a seven eleven sandwich jeezus I actually laughed when I opened my sub.
We ordered 12 sandwiches and 12 chips for our meeting. When it got delivered the delivery person said that they only have Jalapeno chips. This is not good. Not everybody likes spicy food. I wanted to talk to the Manager but no one was picking up the phone. This is the first time in a long time I had placed an order because of the pandemic and we are still working from home. The last time I ordered was 2019. I will probably not order again from Jimmy Johns.
Place was nice 1st timers but the cashier dude was rude as if we were bothering him . Food was alright but much rather have subway or jersey Mike's. Terrible customer service while ordering

Ran out of bread at 6:30 pm! I used to work at jimmy johns years ago and our store in downtown never ran out of bread and we were open until 3 am on the weekends. Very disappointed.
Lit...guy at cash register was great, since it was my first time there. He knew his wraps (ingredients on them). Will go again
10 minutes to get a sandwich. Thought it was weird since they are suppose to be super fast at making sandwiches and there is 4 people making them besides the cashier so idk what’s happening.
The food is consistent and delicious every time. The speed is amazing I just don't understand how they're so fast.
This is like a mini jimmi johns, no cheese options, and order was given wrong, although there was almost 10 people working behind counter order still wrong
Once again I needed my Gargantuan Sub, so I found this location. The staff here is friendly and fast. The food is delicious as always. They have all the precautions in place to make your visit as safe as possible. Don't forget to download their app for deals and points.
