Good fresh food and wonderful employees. They make it a pleasure to visit. Always have a smile, even when extremely busy.
I've been to this Jersey Mikes many times, but today witnessed an embarrassing moment. While in line I watched a woman arrive to pick up her order. Upon being handed her order and noticing it was not the size she ordered, but bigger, one member of the staff asked for the sandwich back and made her wait for them to make another. She asked if she could have the sandwich as it is what she ordered, but in a larger size, but the employee said no. She became upset, and the employee seemed to not care at all about the inconvenience. All others behind the counter stared in silence and did not speak up. Myself and one other in line asked why the sandwich was not handed over given the mistake, and those behind the counter not involved gave some nervous laughter and said they don't know why the one who took the sandwich away from the woman did what he did. Having worked in customer service before, I know that when you mess up, you make it right. This is not how this event should have been handled. Truly embarrassing to witness.
Definitely a fan of Jersey Mike's....I get the turkey and provolone Mike's way with pickles and it's so good!!! Jimmy John's/Subway who???
The kids making my sandwiches are rude, sometimes they don't get my order right, and when I want to customize my order, they get mad
Located in shopping center. Plenty of parking. Order ahead with app to earn free sandwiches. Clean store with same great Jersey Mike's quality. #13 is my favorite.

Came here during my lunch and asked for a #13 with roast beef instead of ham. I even offered to pay for the extra meat charge. I was told by the manager that they dont do that here even though I've had it done this way in the past. He also stated that they would get in trouble for doing a meat substitution. If this is the case I am very disappointed the owners won't allow a simple meat substition. I've never had anyone say no in all the jersey Mike's I've been to.
The Tustin location is absolutely the best!
Service was poor and the orientation of the restaurant was confusing which says a lot considering the place only has 5 or 6 tables. I waited to place an order to find out later that I was waiting in wrong area so I relocated and waited some more. That was when the service started going down hill.
I’ve always been a subway guy , wanted to try something different.I ordered the medium ‘grand kahuna’ which was filling , lot of meat and cheese . I did notice there was abnormal amount of jalapeños , hey it’s ok we can always remove the excess :/) .You can tell the bread is fresh and tastes great . The guys at the counter were friendly and helpful.
