Ordered a portobello cheese steak... there is no steak. There isn't any meat at all, and I paid for extra. Tried calling but they changed their number and didn't update their Google page... so I assume they get these types of calls all the time. Not cute
They make the best Italian sandwich in the area. Get it Mike's way with hot pepper relish. Delicious ?!!
And that is HALF A STAR. I don't care how good the food is at any place. If you don't like working there, change jobs. Please don't take my phone order and then make the sandwiches when I get there. I call it in so I don't have to wait.
I am not exaggerating, my order is messed up here 80% of the time. I am very clear when ordering, yet the employees try to double task and always end up messing up my sandwich. They try to fix the problem by removing lettuce covered in vinegar, as if the entire sandwich isn't soaked now. I never order online anymore because I can't see them make it, and have never had it made correctly.
This location usually makes great sandwiches we buy them for the office. However lately they have been short on meat and the bread is thicker than usual. Disappointed!!!Hoping this is only temporary and the sandwiches will get back to normal!!
