Tried this place out. I like that they moved in. It used to be a jeweler. The bowls are delicious and refreshing, the avocado toast is yummy

Super excited this location just opened up right across the street from me! I use to have to go all the way down to HB and now it’s minutes away!!!! I always get the same thing. Protein wrap / Kalelicious smoothie/ and a turmeric shot . It’s definitely pricey , but it’s so goood! Super healthy and delicious! Have always had good food experience and I’m not sure who my cashier was , but she was super nice !
I've now tried two of their bowls and love it! The protein bowl with roasted chicken and added avocado. They may get busy around lunch time because they are in the middle of a busy office area but all in all very good choice for a healthy treat. I will update more with pictures once I try the acai bowls and shakes.

You can't go wrong eating here. Jeff has the best customer service! The food is fresh and leaves you feeling satisfied! The date smoothie is also a must get. Definitely go check out this spot in Irvine, Costa Mesa and Huntington Beach!
Jan’s health food is tasty, healthy and portions are fair. I’m hooked on the place. It has become my go-to breakfast/lunch spot as of late. I think it’s only a matter of time before foot traffic picks up at this location.
Been coming to Jan’s since the 70’s They replaced the Jan’s herb dressing with what the say is they’re house herb dressing.
