I was yelled at by a stout Asian guy because I looked at a bag for the name to see if it was mine. It was rude and embarrassing, he needs to be talked to by management.
Young stocky Asain guy that worked up front two weeks ago was rude. I ordered online, when I arrived I told him that I am picking up an online order he shrugged me off and told me he will be right with me.He stood there breaking down boxes over a big bin of trash talking up a storm with all his coworkers. Then as people started lining up another employee started taking the orders of everyone waiting. After 5 minutes I asked a random employee if they would grab my paid for online order and they finally did.Don't understand what the point of ordering online if I'm not gonna be in and out quickly.Also the owner should think about having a sufficient amount of employees of some what sunny weekends... so that people don't line up behind each other in a pandemic for a some what healthy smoothie...
