Used to come here most days for Lunch. Last 3 times ive come, my Bacon swiss has been either poorly made with more sauce than bun, or no bacon. Ladies at register are Friendly and wanted to refund. I have 130 stops in my Route, so i have no time to wait again. Sorry for bad review, but will most likely not stop here again even if it fits perfectly in my route.
I love their seasoned curly fries. I usually get it with Ranch sauce instead of ketchup. I wish they had chipotle sauce as well. It goes very well with fries.
Kept seeing commercials for the new Jack Cluck Sandwhich combo for $5.99. Decided I wanted to try and see if they're comparable to Popeyes or Chick-fil-A which I love. Got there and put in and order. Left and when I got home, I find out I got a sourdough burger combo. Didn't want to drive back out there so I ate my burger and was disappointed. Just a plain burger with cheese and onions on a sourdough bread. I don't go to Jack in the Box often but with their service at this location (Sand Canyon in Irvine), I won't be returning nor recommend.
It’s 12:21 early Sunday morning I pull up to order and no one helps me I pull up to the window I se two guys on their phones the see me then turn of the lights and pretend I don’t exist. If you’re not open 24 hrs in your drive thru then please correct your posted hours of operation. It’s one thing to not be open but to completely ignore someone is why you get 1 Star! ⭐️
It's fast food. This location is a little on the small side and they seemed to run out of a few items. Staff was friendly and even during lunch hour they were quick. I had the fajita pita which was better than expected. Menu is a bit big for a fast food place so if you are not sure best to read a second or two before stepping up to the counter just good manners
Kid working the register on 12/23/21 @ noon was pleasant enough but has very poor infection control procedure. Not sure if his fault or training issue. Working the cash register i observed him touching his nose thru his cloth mask frequently in a 10 minute span while i waited for my order. Between customers he would handle food (scoop fries, bag food) without gloves or hand hygiene. He would also handle the cups and lids (touching the inside of the cups and lids) while simultaneously working the register, also without any hand hygiene. Hopefully nobody gets diarrhea or worse. Even pre Covid this is unacceptable.
Jack in the box is hit or miss for me I had not been to this location in 3 years.Drive through 50/50 guy could not understand me but once I ordered my meal, I mean breakfast.All was good.Food was warm, fresh and my soda hit the spot.Nothing more to say than location is handy ofc Sand Canyon and adjacent to the 5 freeway.Nice
Located off the 5 Freeway at Sand Canyon. This is the only fast food around for several miles. Good service and consistent product
I am sure the food is like any other Jack in the Box. It is the closest drive thru to Irvine's Great Park and the line was out to the street. We saw that huge drive thru line (12 cars) and made a u-turn and left. That was about 10:30 on a Sunday morning.
Place is alrite. I ordered a spicy chicken and got a jumbo jack instead. Didnt realize until I opened my bag at work. Doubling check first from now on
