ZERO Stars...This place is in need of serious customer service training (which I'm willing to offer for free). The breakfast platter ordered was tasteless, the sausage was burnt and the mini pancakes dry . I was given two dry hashbrowns as if to compensate for what came next... the service was lousy the kids were playing and being extremely loud and Obnoxious while trying to serve orders and people complained about receiving wrong orders....and when i check my order it's missing a chocolate cake and cheeseburger from the order . When I let the mini Manager know cake is missing he gave me attitude and didn't answer. While the two girls continued to clown around instead of paying attention to the customer service. This JIB needs serious training for the children who don't apologize or care about the customer.
When you go there, remember to check your items! I have missed two large items after home! So sad!!! I have to drive back to get them again! And I ordered chocolate milkshake, but it came with no whipping cream and no cherry, so I think they might give wrong things too!
The fries were cold & the fish sandwich was cold also. I must have gone there at a bad time. But not sure when the right time to go there is?
I had two orders and asked for 2 cups of water. They said you only can get 1 cup because both orders are yours. So weird. Seen couple of unprofessional managers and staff.
Went drive thru on a Friday noonish. Had a hard time as the order taker couldn't get my order right. When I went to drive thru window the person was polite. The food was fresh but incorrect. They missed bacon requested on one of the burgers, I was charged extra for it. Definitely a communication breakdown possibly the speaker. Average service and food you expect from Jack in the box.
Great food and deals
I would give zero stars if I could. This location is less than 5 minutes from my apartment but I refuse to go here. I've been here twice and both times waited in the drive thru with two other cars for AN HOUR. They will ignore the drive thru completely. They also give the wrong items and the food is terrible quality. Drive a bit further down the road and go to a different location if you really want Jack.
They're okay food fresh, just sometimes they put people on the drive-thru that can't hardly speak English, and you have to repeat your order a few times.

Jack in the Box is one of my favorite fast food places in LA. I recommend the Jack’s spicy chicken sandwich, curly fries, and their 2 tacos. I recommend getting the 2 tacos with tomatoes because it makes the taco thicker, and also gives more of a flavor profile to the taco. If you eat beef, I’d also recommend the Sourdough Jack. It’s more of a patty melt than a burger, but the Swiss cheese, bacon, and the combinations of flavors is very good. Definitely eat the food right away as soon as you get it instead of waiting too long. The tacos and rest of the food tastes best fresh. Definitely recommend!
