Amazing service!! The hotel and amenities completely met my expectations. The team totally exceeded my expectations!! I was having a terribly scrambled day and the team went out of their way to be kind and offer extra touches to make my day easier. I’ll be back here 100% next time I’m in town.

Beautiful lobby, clean rooms, nice pool, and convenient location to SNA, but a quiet sleep is totally dependent on your neighbors as the walls are almost comedically thin— especially when your room has an adjoining door.\\n\\nMy neighbors enjoyed cannabis that was so pungent I could taste it well into the night, and they had equally little concern for their neighbors in regards to noise.\\n\\nOverall nice, but don’t come expecting solitude!\\n\\nOverall n

The front desk was very caring.\\n\\nI was disappointed, a Salsa dance event (party) took over the entire pool and hot tub area. It was LOUD and crowded. The street tacos were absolutely terrible. Never would have thought street tacos at a Salsa party could be that bad.\\n\\nThis hotel is more for travelers and not to relax. We spent our free time walking around the local area.

The hotel is in a convenient location. The front desk team was friendly at check in.The service leaves a lot to be desired throughout the rest of the hotel. Much of the hotel is still closed or at minimal operation levels. Room service can only offer coffee cups and plastic to-go cups for champagne and wine.We were looking forward to the TopGolf Suite and M Lounge, neither were open upon our arrival. We were informed that that the TopGolf Suite would be closed on Sunday and Monday.

The room was great as well as the breakfast. This hotel gets three stars because the pool was filthy. I wanted to cool down on a hot day and thought i would enjoy getting in the water but it was so dirty i did not want to even put my feet in it. I love the marriott brand so this was disappointing.

The property is very nice and well maintained. However, the room I got was really noisy, close to the 405 and not properly soundproof. You would expect that from a Marriott hotel. I could not sleep much and in addition there was a noisy minibar that you could not make silent. It had permanently mounted power and no way to shut off. So all in all, it is not value for money.

I like the place. It is a bit pricey, but I am getting the family and friends discount. It is manageable. The shower has another lever to allow water to flow to the shower head otherwise it doesn't work. They do have bikes to rent at a desk in the lobby. The lobby and bar make up the first floor. There are two TVs in the bar. The rooms have beds with memory foam on them. The sheets are comfy and lite.

This property is very nice. The rooms are updated and clean. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and willing to assist to make your stay comfortable. Would come back again.

Bonvoy Titanium elite staying one night and got the lowly 3rd floor room(guest rooms are from the 3rd to the 17th floor). No elite recognition. No mention of a lounge or its access. Lobby is clean, modern with lots of seating. Room was decent and clean but the the view was just the roof of the lobby! Bedding is good with comfortable pillows. More lighting needed in the room though, it's a bit dark in the evenings Youtube doesn't work well. Played partial video and the screen goes blank. That seems to freeze the TV and requires it be turned off and back on again. This property offers complimentary EV charging but despite having Tesla Wall Connectors the charging rate has been turned down way down to only 3kW, yes 3! Basically at a 1/3 of its capable output. If arriving a at a relatively low SOC, your vehicle may not even have 80-90% charge the next morning. Not sure this was done on purpose to discourage charging. On top of that the power was turned off for a few hours in the evening so there was no output at all. Very disappointed.

The hotel and room is nicely updated and elegant. However, we are in the middle of a pandemic and they do not enforce their own mask mandate. Plenty of guests were wondering around the lobby without a mask, riding elevators without a mask and were even at the buffet in the M club lounge, getting food without a mask on. For my kids and I, this was a huge red flag. Though the hotel facilities were great, I did not feel all that safe. As a Titanium Elite member, I was not even informed that there was a lounge. Also, parking is very expensive. I would not stay there again unless Covid-19 is no longer an issue.
