I don't usually leave reviews, but this restaurant really made me happy. Their Mala Tang is very authentic. It is rare to find such delicious Mala Tang in America. The service attitude is also very good. It was 11:55pm when we visited and most restaurants were closed, but this one was still open. The girl at the front desk is very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!
Called them four times this on Memorial Day morning- no answer. Their restaurant website/ Google/ and Yelp all says the store is open. Couldn't get through the phone line but online ordering available on all platforms ( including the restaurant website). Since I could not get through their phone line after multiple attempts, I placed the order online. Website says order will be ready in 40 minutes and transection went through. Husband drove 30 minutes there just to find out that THEY ARE CLOSED.It's fine if you are going to be closed on a holiday, but update your info or set up a voicemail properly. Also please closed down your ordering system if you are going to be open! Poor business operation.... This is a pretty big no for me. Most likely won't me returning.Now I gotta call the credit company to dispute this charge.. smhMy advise to you, call before ordering, if you can't get through probably just order somewhere else. Their online ordering is completely unreliable.* Response to owner:No one said you cannot take the day off to honor the veterans and active military personnel. The point is to reflect your hours on these major websites/ apps or simply shut down your online ordering for the day of.Enough said. Sometimes a simple apology and just taking some accountability go a long way! Best luck to you
Authentic Taiwanese food and great quality ingredients. Our family loved it and will definitely order another meal again soon!
I ordered four dishes and when I went to go pick up, they said one of the dishes was only available on another day and not today. they told me that they called many times, no one picked up, so they did not make the ENTIRE order. They also didn’t not leave a voicemail or email. I understand that I did not pick up the phone but it completely does not make sense to not make the other 3 dishes which were clearly available just because the fourth dish was not available. This is not good customer service. Just because the fourth dish is not available doesn’t mean I don’t want the other things I ordered.\\n\\nTo add, why was I even able or allowed to add the dish into my cart if it was not available? Please also change the way your website is laid out. It is confusing and not user friendly if you allow customers to add food to the cart that is not available for that day.
Taste was okay. However, it’s not very clear on Google Map or the website that it’s a take out only store, which creates confusion. Also, it’s weird that the language used on the website is simplified Chinese when it’s selling Taiwanese bentos for the most part, which is also baffling.
Good takeout food. Be sure to call ahead or use a pickup/delivery app, otherwise you'll be waiting a long time.
Absolutely love this place. Their food is delicious and big portion. Will order again. Love it!

The food here is fantastic. The bento boxes are great. I really like the stewed pork chop. They do catering as well. I once ordered dumplings for a party. The chef, Rex, is really good. Excellent drinks too. They make their own Oolong tea. The staff is nice and helpful.
