If there is a zero star option I would give it 0.The waiter gave me a dirty spoon that someone else had used with sticky rice. After eating half of it, I found that there was a long hair in the noodles. Although they gave me another bowl of noodles, I lost my appetite. The table is also very dirty. It's so disgusting!Charged a tip without authorization, and did not take the initiative to give receipt.

0 star if I can. Worse Ramen in IrvineFor $16.5 they delivered a Ramen you can make the same thing at home for $5 with a better tasteSoup is unimaginable bad, powder made, or taste like powder made, not hot but a little warm, with bitternessNoodle is nothing close to tender, feel like $1 instant noodlePork is loose and cold or even boring. And also spinach, it should not show up in $16.5 ramenAfter all. If you want to have a proper Ramen. Drive 5 more minutes to Sankouka.

Good food, small plates, crispy chicken was good..they add a 10% service charge for dining in and 5% for take out

I got the tonkatsu ramen, and I have to say it was a bit disappointing considering this place is Michelin. The meat was fatty and tasty, and the eggs were solid, but I think the broth (lots of fat and salt but not a lot of flavor) and noodles were pretty average. Not bad as a place to drop in but considering the hype, I would go elsewhere if there’s a long line.

Everyone needs a go-to ramen shop that they can drop by after a long day of work to grab a warm bowl of broth and noodles. Look no further - Hiro Nori is the best in town (and beyond). The Tonkatsu broth is perfectly balanced and complimented by tender and flavor packed pork. One bite will take you on a food journey straight to Fukuoka without the need for a long flight. Follow that up with crispy and juicy $8 Karaage and you have the best lunch or late night snack a guy could ask for. Skip the crispy rice - its good - but everything else on the menu is excellent.

Nice place. There’s only like three ramen dishes on the actual menu but that’s ok. You don’t need too many choices. The basic tomokatsu ramen tastes wonderful?. I wish they gave a whole egg instead of a half though. You can also ask for the spicy sauce to put in it. The crunchy rice with spicy tuna ?on top is bomb also. Currently they only have outdoor seating (Jan 2022) and most of the tables are in the shade so it’s cold haha. Usually pretty crowded too. But food itself tasted great. I wish there was a history of the two guys pictured on the walls or explanation of who they are. I assume the owners but I always am interested in this kind of stuff! Nice place. Wasn’t out of the world good, honestly tasted like any other ramen place I’ve been to but I’d come back!

This is a long awaited review but I wanted to have a dine-in experience before I put words on this one. We’ve ordered take out from here a ton considering how we had discovered this place at the start of Covid. As the stars aligned on a random weekday, we were in the area before peak dinner time and managed to snag a table. The dining room has expanded out towards a small makeshift patio which gives ample seating for the long waitlist. The eatery is also in a decent area, situated in a plaza that holds multiple different options for food with a mini food hall a couple doors down. Service and food was exceptionally fast, our food came out pippin’ hot.Our go-to order has been the traditional Tonkotsu Ramen - ($14.80) - be certain to ask for the additional garlic and their house spicy sauce! The noodles have the perfect bounce to them with slurp worthy texture, the broth is pretty well balanced as a whole but both the hubby and I couldn’t help but add in their house spicy sauce with a bit of garlic to get more of an umph factor. The one thing I'll note about the bowl is that the chashu is lacking tenderness. I’m more of a fan of the melt in your mouth juicy slices of pork that bring in a meaty texture and flavor to your ramen bite, but the chashu slices here are very underwhelming when paired with the rest of the bowl.Crispy Chicken - ($7.00) - Basically their version of Taiwanese fried chicken bites. Their marinade on their chicken is impeccable! Really enjoyed this appi! Definitely Recommend!Overall, HiroNori is definitely one of the top ramen places i’ve tried. The broth and noodles are super tasty, and you can definitely see the quality in each bowl. Both take out and dining in my experience were decently pleasant! Would definitely recommend this spot for future ramen hang outs!

I ordered two tonkatsu ramen to go but when we got home there was only one ramen soup in the bag. Then we had to drive another 20 minutes each way to go back to the shop to ask for the ramen soup they forgot. The cashier didn’t say a word so basically there was no apology whatsoever. When we got home and had the ramen, it just tasted so bad because the ramen had been sitting there for over an hour. All those terrible experience we had tonight is because of the careless mistakes you made. I hope you don’t make the same mistake again to ruin other customers' day like I had tonight. That’s why I give you one star.

Not as crowded as Michelson location. Staff is kind, considerate, and professional. Ramen is delicious and there's usually ample seating outside.

When we came there we were told we had to wait 1.5 hours for a table. Did some grocery shopping in the mean time and came back later. I had the shoyu ramen and this was definitely worth the wait!!!
