Yoooooo. If you want Ramen, this is the spot to go to. Their Tonkatsu Ramen is super rich in flavor and can easily fill you up. There's options to add more ingredients to your bowl but whatever is in there is already enough. There's no option for the type of noodles you want but that's ok.Dining gets filled right away. You can get on the wait list, but it's whatever. We waited for a little bit but it wasn't that long. Well worth the wait, definitely.The only bad side, parking sucks lol. It's located with other establishments. So parking is a bit scarce. Again, definitely worth the wait for the ramen.
Saw a lot of good reviews and decided to give it a try when we are in the area. Our first time and tried the Tonkstsu ramens. My hubby got the combo with pork rice bowl and came with a salad The broth is flavorble but not oily and rich. The chasiu meat melted in your mouth. The complimentary minced garlic and spicy sauce are so good that I poured both into my bowl of ramen. Noodle texture is just right not too soft.Pork rice bowl is yummy. Pork melted in your mouth with so much flavor. Salad dressing is good. Will definitely come and try again the Tonkstsu ramens and pork rice bowl.
The food was great but...our waiter, Ruby, made me want to write this review. Not only was she attentive, but she answered all my questions and made sure I needed everything I needed during my dine in. My water NEVER saw the bottom of my cup, she always knew when to come in and help.I ordered the cold dipping ramen and I was ABOUT to pour my soup into the noodles until she had kindly let me know that the noodles are traditionally dipped into the broth. The food tasted 120% better because of that. My friend and I were also trying to figure out what to drink so she had recommended an IPA that was great tasting. I don't remember the name but if you wanted to try it too, you should find Ruby and ask her.Overall the food was great but if you have the chance to stop by, try to ask for Ruby as your waitress. She deserves a raise honestly.
Hironori was a good experience, I had a Tonkotsu ramen with added garlic and hot sauce, excellent taste, very soft pork chashu. Also had a crispy rice with tuna and sake as a digestive to end our meal, service was fine, they have an electronic wait list if you foresee its going to be busy, go online and grab a spot to avoid waiting once you get there

If the Asian people eats in this place, it is a good place. The ramen taste very well, the edamames are little salty but very taste very good. The services is nice and faster. Very recomendable!
Great ramen as the other restaurants of the same chain. They charge a 16% service fee automatically, but they clearly explain it to you which is nice.

The Tonkatsu broth is perfectly balanced and complimented by tender and flavor packed pork. One bite will take you on a food journey straight to Fukuoka without the need for a long flight. Follow that up with crispy and juicy $8 Karaage and you have the best lunch or late night snack a guy could ask for. Skip the crispy rice - its good - but everything else on the menu is excellent.
