Decent ice cream but nothing wow. For a handmade ice cream should’ve be more creamy. They have pretty selection of flavors. The 3 starts it’s because of the customer service. It’s all untrained kids working there and looks like there is no management at all. Definitely not worth the long wait for just a regular ice cream

Just went here for the first time, and it's safe to say it'll be the first of many... Here's the scoop (yeah, I know):TLDR Version:Get the shake. 4 scoops, pick 2+2.Lots of flavors including 3 dairy free vegan and 2 sugar free. 30+ full tilt, sugary, creamy and nicely varied choices. You'll not get a full description of the flavors until you're on site, but you won't be disappointed. If anything, it's paralyzing having so many choices. You'll order from a friendly teenager who will give you a simple paper ticket. They'll go make your order while you pay. Leave a tip in cash or on your card. They're well staffed and the (long) line moves fast as a result.All the normal stuff you'd expect at a traditional ice cream shop with cones, dishes, edible bowls, etc rounding out the mix of shakes, floats, blizzards (hurricanes here) and sundaes. Prices aren't bad at all and they encourage going larger and splitting with the $7/8/9 type distribution.That's it for now. My shake is melting.

Best ice cream ever! Staff was also so nice. I tried the 4 scoop sampler for only $7. We got buckeye, banana cream pie, butter pecan & strawberry cheesecake. They were all so good!! Really tasted homemade and it was filled with the actual toppings of the flavors!
Great ice cream. Line gets long so not a good place to make a quick stop but amazing spot to go with friends and get some ice cream and hang out. Atmosphere is great outside, plenty of seating and well lit. Staff was very happy and helpful which added to experience for me.Smallest ice cream I got was a lot for me, I'd make it a meal rather than desert in future!
So delicious with incredible flavor and prices! My favorite is Lemon Bar and my husband loves Carmel latte! The staff is super nice and helpful! They give samples out on weekdays, but not on weekends. I’ve never tried something that wasn’t delicious! Great clean place to bring your family
We ordered the party package for my daughter's birthday. Everyone loved it! The delivery was right on time, with everything needed and ready to serve. The ice cream really tastes like homemade with real ingredients in it. Got lots of compliments. Can't be happier about the experience!

My favorite ice cream place by far. Used to drive to Laguna Niguel to get my fix but now they’re just three minutes away with this new location. Great for my enjoyment, bad for my health.Must try the Graham Central Station, Buckeye, Blueberry Cheesecake Chunk, and the Chocoholic Chunk (my favorite).
