Customer service is great
This is my favorite hotpot ever. It is so boujee it felt like we were on a first class flight and the food was so good we didn’t even get to take a picture of our food before we ate it. The service was the best, my friends birthday is in a few weeks and they still sang happy birthday and gave us a free 85° bakery mini cake. The bathroom is nicer than mine with a mouthwash dispenser, a dyson hair dryer, toothbrushes and tooth paste, and even razors. It was the tiniest bit on the expensive side but SO WORTH IT. THE FOOD MADE ME SO HAPPY I WAS ALMOST CRYING. The broth? Delicious. The meat? Delicious. The shrimp cheese balls? DELICIOUS ? The free punch while you’re waiting outside? Delicious. Absolute God tier hotpot place. I told our server that we’ll definitely be back for my 21st birthday in a few months and she said she would give me a free drink when i get back. I LOVE THIS PLACE.
06/05/22 1:30-4:00pm. First time dining here.Delish hot broths. Luv d udon. The Asian guy at the dessert bar ought not to lie to customers. We asked if they will refill the sesame balls and he said, “We will have to make later”. Then when my partner asked the lady who got the empty sesame ball dessert plate if she will refill, she gave a “yes” nod.
super clean and nice. Server had perfect timing with the kids, providing water right away, bowls/utensils... then a child food tray with fruits and some fries and even a surprise toy later on.Non meat items were much better than typical hotpot places, meat was good. broths were solid with real chunks of ingredients. deeper pot than cheap placeshotpot has the vents to reduce smells, nice cloth aprons, mouth wash and tootth brushes in restrooms. even a small ziploc to put ur masks in
Good service and very delicious food. Special flavor and decoration. Their organization is very modern and unique. Best customer service and waiting list is controlled every moment.
I have heard so much about this place and I could no longer wait for their San Diego store to open. After a few postponements, I decided to come check them out in Irvine.Our server Kevin was exceptional. Knowing it was our first time here, he went into full details on how the menu system works, made some great recommendations for us to try. He was so pleasant throughout the entire evening. Big kudos on your patience and big smile!After hearing our anticipation for the San Diego store to open, Kevin introduced us to the owner. The owner was just as friendly and kind. He cordially invited us to his store in SD when they open later this month.Despite how busy the restaurant was, everyone was friendly and pleasant - qualities long disappeared in even some of the top restaurants since CoVid. The entire restaurant is super clean!Best of luck and success to your opening in SD. I look forward to it.
First time here and had an amazing experience, service is top notch, food amazing and they explain everything for the first timers to fully understand how to order and what to expect. There were six in our party and everyone left absolutely full. Looking for a great experience in Hot Pot and outstanding service and food, do yourself a favor if your in the So Cal area and stop.
Haidilao Hotpot in Irvine is a very cool clean and entertaining spot to eat at. Such attention to detail and the service is great. Tom Yum is delicious , Kobe belly beef was excellent & the flat iron combo was the item to get. The dancing noodle guy is hilarious.
Horrible service I have been Haidilao ever. The circumstance of eating is super crowded. The staff is not like the friendly and passionate service in China, and the price is higher than in China. Overall, it has more Chinese hotpot choices in LA.
