The spaghetti basil was amazing, the staff was awesome.

First time customer and definitely last time. Quality of food was just horrible. I ordered the combo vermicelli with shrimp, pork & fried rolls and was shocked by how the food was prepared. The vermicelli was undercooked since it was really hard and dry, and likely to give you a stomach ache if you ate it. The grilled pork was also really dry like it was really overcooked, and not something anyone would want to eat. On top of this, they charged over $15 for a bowl of vermicelli, which was pretty much money down the trash. Don't know how this place even stays in business.

. . . ALWAYS good Vietnamese food, in Irvine. Their Bánh Mi sandwiches are GREAT!!! . . . DEFINITELY a regular "go-to" place for us, in Irvine, especially when we're in a hurry, since they also provide very quick service . . . and friendly, too!

Banh mi in Irvine is a hard find, or am I just not looking in the right places?! I was having some mad cravings for salt and pepper shrimp which snowballed into a full blown need for Vietnamese food. My search literally lead me to shrimp, bun bo hue, banh xeo, and finally to banh mi. And to be honest, I didn't find a single location with all of the above, but Ha Long did check off 3 out of the 4.I've been a serial Postmates user for the past few months, so maybe my options on the app was limited, but what kind of irked me most was just the exorbitant prices of the items. I probably should have just called it in, but I didn't want to leave the house, so I decided to just order the banh mi sandwiches to eat them throughout the week versus ticking off a long list of cravings.I decided to order 2 combo and 2 pork belly. The sandwiches are packed with all the fixings - pickled radish/carrots, cilantro and jalapeños. The meats were nicely portioned and packed into the baguette as well, so at $6-$7 a pop didn't seem too bad for Irvine standard.Since I had ordered a few as lunch options during the week at home, they stored well in the fridge. When I wanted to eat them, I just removed the cilantro/jalapeño before popping them into the oven to warm and crisp up for about 5-10 minute at 350 degrees. Quick meal and very filling! My preferred is prob the combo one. The pork belly ended up being a little too greasy, but I'd like to try their other options.Maybe I'll go in for pick up for a change to get my fix for salt and pepper shrimp and bun bo hue, but the cravings have been subdued for now.

Boyfriend and I ordered a Pork bbq ban mi and a chicken bbq with fried egg ban mi and it was absolutely wonderful! The flavor is so brilliant, the bread is nice and fresh. I typically don't like pickled items but I had to make an exception for this. Love it and plan to do again!

Super friendly owner, Safe place to visit during this pandemic. All food is delicious. This place is one of our family's go-to places whenever we want Vietnamese food. I'm usually here for their drink selection whenever I'm nearby. They have a variety of Vietnamese desserts too. Everything we have gotten was great. Especially for me, the basil spaghetti thing is awesome. The pork sandwich is great too. Also, Portion was huge!! My most favorite drink is the Black Sea. Strongly recommend! :)

Good food and friendly service. A large selection of many types of food. The shopping center it’s in has plenty of outdoor seating

Good place to get something to eat or just a good desert, I encourage you to try it.

One of my preferred spots for tasty vietnamese food. The service was very sociable and kind. This place has a cool feel to it. Wish it was closer to my house, I would come every week.

Pretty tasty! Really enjoy their banh mi.
