We had so much fun! The Brussels Sprouts were amazing, the Salmon and Kale salad was so good. But the date based birthday cake was heavenly. Thanks, Eureka!
First time having Sal as our waiter and he gave excellent service! He was attentive, polite and recommended great food items! We enjoyed our food and the patio was nice. We will be back!
Food is good. Like really well done burgers and Mac and cheese balls. Service was lagging a lot. Did not check up on us more than twice. Apps took forever in fact had to wait until they check that we had nothing. A drink was spilled and they didn't provide a new one. It even took forever to get a check.
Good classic bar/pub food... great outdoor seating.... will definitely come back to try out the rest of the menu.
The highlight of Eureka! as a chain is its beer selection and the fact that they try to localize the feel of their restaurants at least a little bit. This one was fine- the menu continues to underwhelm me. The chicken fingers were ok and better than the burgers. Fries ok. Service at this one was pretty good. Another plus is that they are open late- til 10pm for dinner- was one of the only later night places open when we flew into John Wayne airport later one evening.
Great place to seat on the outside terrace and do a take-out.Their child's menu to go is the simplest solution on Friday evening when you have hungry kiddo.
This is our go to Happy Hour... we always get the truffle cheese fries w/cheese truffle sauce..they are always good and always hot and salty...We went on a Sunday and sat outside,the heaters are substantial.We ordered the fries and to our dismay they dont do "Hoppy Hour"on the weekends anymore.They do have 6$ Bloody Marys on the weekends though, Wow! They were amazing & very spicy! topped with a salted rim, pickle, olive and pickled carrot (it was a meal in itself) I suggest a stalk of celery to make this the best Bloody Mary in the O.C.! The service was really great and the waiter brought me a few pieces of crisp cold celery...who knew some celery could make me so happy or is it "hoppy" ? In any case...i love that Eureka has changed some of it's small plates.The burgers sound amazing but since i dont eat meat I wish they would add impossible ? to their menu...Happy Hour is making a comeback and this is one of the best!
The so called “burger” with beets should have clearly said in the menu that it is vegetarian. I expected beets on the side.Instead of beef got some burnt beets pieces.
The only bar in this boring not people friendly city. We are lucky the service is good and the prices are not abusive.
Fast seating, and fast service. Beer is good and the regular burgers look good. I made the mistake of getting the beet burger which had the tasting consistency of fresh Play-Doh. I would recommend not ordering this item.
