First I had to wait an extra five minutes for my meal and I didn’t mind so after being directed to a designated area my meal was brought to me, I was in a hurry so unfortunately I didn’t check the bag. When I got home my salsa was spilled all over the inside and there was no salad dressing for my two salads. I wanted to call them to bring it to the attention of the manager but no one answered the phone either.
Noticeably overpriced compared to other branches in the area (and elsewhere). Quality is on par or slightly below that of other locations as well. Customer service is excellent though.
In Excellent condition! The staff is quick, the place is in pristine condition, and the area is one of the best. Appreciative of all the work that goes into making a place like this into an enjoyable experience. Thank you so El Polo Loco!
Very good grilled chicken. If you use the app you can get discounts. The chicken family dinner is a complete meal.
Sizeable portions. Love the salsas , sauces. Definitely not like my 'go to' but Would buy again
New clean location, even though we went at night, it the chicken was still very fresh and good.
Growing up I always drove past el pollo loco because it just never crosses my mind. I tried their chicken tacos and im hooked!

This place mixes in old chicken along with fresh chicken with the family meals. Sadly, I have to pick out the old pieces and do without them. I know that they the restaurant doesn't want to take the loss from chicken they didn't sell the day before but it's not fair to consumers.
Employees here are so nice! They really seem to care about their job and their guests. It is very refreshing. They work really hard to get the orders out to the guests. The food is excellent. I have not had any complaints. It is delicious! Fun environment.
