Drive thru is probably the best thing about this place, staff is pretty awesome. Donuts aren’t good though and the coffee is awful. Tastes like water
Guess what you get here? Ah! Congratulations! Worst service in the world!First of all, since I moved to the neighborhood in February, I came here a lot, and all the other staff have been so nice, I've been coming to the store since early February and I haven't received anything like that since today.I ordered a latte on the app at 9:00 a.m., and when I got there, they said only the drive-thru was open, and I live nearby so I walked. As I called, the female employee kept asking me what my name was, so I replied several times, she suddenly yelled that I was being rude. I was really confused, and then she yelled that they didn't have my order. I told her my app said the order was ready ten minutes ago. She yelled at me again for being rude and threatened me with "You want your stuff or not?" Finally they told me to bring it to me and hung up. I waited at the door while several other customers checked in and left. I didn't get my coffee in the end. When I went back at 11:30 and I got my coffee. The woman who answered the door was the one who yelled at me, chewing gum and asking my name. When I answered, she rolled her eyes at me and said, uhh you left. Your staff need some manners, especially this young black woman with the Braid and braces.
Had a nice Saturday night and was hungry for some breakfast sandwiches. Dunkin was open at 5AM and it became our shining light. Great prices, food & employee's.
They have really great customer service! Staff is super friendly:) And it’s always clean. Love going here to study!
Fun place to eat when having a sugar attack. Tasty donuts. Good coffee.
The location is good and staff is nice. But they’ve been short staffed since last year so dine in and pickup in store is closed and the drive Thru line is always long. I go to this dunkin on my break (usually is 15min). Which is very inconvenient. Wish they could open the lobby again
Got an iced mocha, very good. Lobby was closed when I went but i just walked through the drive thru and it was fine
Can I give them more than 5 stars? They’re service and quality is always amazing. Coffee is always fresh and hot. They’re super fast even when you order custom sandwiches. Super kind and friendly. And the guy with the pony tails voice is so adorable.

This place needs remodeling. The drive thru line is blocking all the driveway of the area, making those parking lots useless. The food and coffee is mediocre.
