I would rate it a negative 5 but to post I had to choose at least 1 star. Do NOT buy pizza from here. Bad quality. Bad service. Dishonest.The customer service at this location is poor, disrespectful, and dishonest. The driver did not deliver the full order and I politely let him know I was missing part of my order. The driver acknowledged part of my order was missing and said he would be back with the rest. 1 hour later and still no order. I called to request for it to be delivered to me but they told me it would be a 2-hour wait. Instead, they said they'd give me 1 additional pizza to compensate for their mistake. The next day we tried to claim our order and the additional "free pizza" but they said we had to pay for the delivery charge. We explained that we should not since it was their mistake our order was not delivered in the first place. The person hung up the phone on us. We went down to the store to speak with the manager but the person at the cashier said none was there. They continued to be rude. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a pizza shop. I would not recommend this place at all. There are better pizza shops with better quality and good customer service. The workers there were rude, unapologetic, and dishonest. Save yourself the trouble. Go somewhere else, especially if you have children.
Clearly there is no garlic on the crust, I payed extra to have it on and to feel I waisted 26$ on my entire order kinda a rip off, you guys are supposed to put garlic on the crust periooood regardless on hand tossed smh … not to mention the bubbles bro
Ordered a buffalo chicken pizza with onion and no one put the buffalo sauce on the pizza or even the side for that matter... not sure how ur system works or why putting the 3 toppings on the pizza gets missed..
I've ordered pizzas and spicy chicken wings from Domino's on Culver and Walnut in the past for carry-out without an issue, however, this Super Bowl weekend I paid to have my order delivered so paid for delivery plus 15% tip on-line. The delivery guy showed up 10 minutes after the website said the order had been delivered with the two 8-piece chicken wing boxes missing 1 each and 1 other chicken wing that looked like someone had bitten off all the meat and thrown it back in the box. One of the boxes was torn at the top and the other didn't even include the white paper on the bottom, so the chicken wings were just thrown into the box??? Also, no ranch dressing included. I went back and showed the boxes to the manager and he gave me the refund but it was a bit annoying to have to go back and then order food from somewhere else.
All went well until the pick up.Asked me to park, nowhere specific, turn my hazards so I can be seen. I did so. 13 minutes into a promised “2” minute guaranteed timer, I walked into the store asking for my order.“Oh, I came out looking for you”, guy on the phone for a while said. I told him showing my car, very visible that there I was. He said I should have parked right in front of the store. Told him, three times, I couldn’t park directly in front of the store.Amazing that he couldn’t see me, couldn’t venture two steps out of the store and couldn’t even call me. Completely uninterested in a customer who said he was there and had paid with tips. Laziness or mere stupidity, you pick.
This pizza honestly tasted gross and had no flavor not only that me and my boyfriend got really sick. Probably will never go back to Pizza Hut after having a experience like this
The worst place ever. Not sure if the staff is trained well enough since they always mess up the online orders. Will never go at this location again. Giving 1 star since that’s the lowest, but they are not even worth of 1 star.
We saw clients purchasing take out pizza when the store opened, so we had a clue that the pizza was great. We returned at noon and requested only a cut to attempt. It was simply flavorful, slender, and firm base with insignificant fixings!! We are totally fulfilled! Strongly suggested place!
Service in this particular store is terrible!!! They overcharged me for a small veggie pizza.. didn’t get a refund or credit. Manager is very rude, unhelpful and unwilling to give a good service to customers. She is a truly b…! I will never go back to this location!
