I got charged almost $7 for delivery on a $20 order and was badgered to tip my driver at the door. Why am I paying a delivery fee if I will be asked to tip? How much of that money goes to the driver? The lack of transparency is unacceptable. Drivers shouldn't feel the need to badger and make customers uncomfortable to make a living. Pay your drivers enough not to rely on tips to get by.
The staff are helpful and polite. I was trying to order a large 5 topping pizza for $10.99 with coupon and I was having trouble where it would charge $12.49 before tax.I drove to the store and showed one of the employees the problem I was having and he asked me to tell him exactly what I ordered so he could try to make it at the register. I did and he told me that the steak topping was $1.50 extra. I swapped the steak for beef and it worked!I was so happy I got a second pizza!
My local Domino's. Always there to satisfy that late night pizza craving. Always willing to make things right, if there is ever an issue. Not all hero's wear capes!
Lolly owns this Dominos location, she's the 27 year old on the commercial who started working part time at age 17 and now owns 2 franchise locations...
The service was horrible. They got toppings wrong and I found a dead bug at the bottom of my pizza. Avoid this domino’s location.
Bill was an great sport when I had a missing item from my order. He brought it right to me in under 10 minutes after my call. I appreciate his honesty and willingness to do what he could to fix my problem. Bill needs a raise!!! :)
This store seems to always be busy, efficient, and it smell and tastes excellent! I usually curbside……
Service is quick and workers are friendly. This was an unfortunate incident but I’m so glad I had the thought to turn over my sandwich. When I returned the workers said it could have been oven dust, but then immediately gave me a refund with a choice to get whatever I wanted. Nice workers, just be mindful and look carefully at your food before you eat.
At first they didn’t get the toppings right. It wasn’t that big of a deal. We called and they said they were going to send out a new one. ETA 45 min. After just over an hour we called because we still didn’t receive our pizza. They said the delivery was out. The delivery driver called me at the 1hr 12min mark. But he didn’t speak English, he kept saying “leasing office come down. No English speak Turkish” (paraphrasing) but we are sick and couldn’t come down. So my girlfriend calls him back as I call the store. No one answers the phone. I called again and they answer near the end of the ring. I explained the situation and the guy who answered said he would try and get someone to help. I waited and he never came back so I hung up. Meanwhile My girlfriend somehow managed to direct the driver to our door. He then tried to open our door without our permission. After he finally left it at our door we could see his shadow waiting in front of our door for at least 3-4 minutes. The only thing that happened right was getting our order corrected. We tried being patient and were very polite. And this may be a one off at this store but this was some of the worst customer service I’ve had and I’ve been to some bad places.
