They made me late for work by not opening on time and then gave me only two sauce packets for 3 items. Service here is always bad and I'm choosing to keep on driving next time I'm hungry.
My open faced taco had hardly any chicken in it but lots of may mayonaise which I don't order.
Don't get me wrong, Del Taco's food and prices are impossible to beat. But the service here was extremely disappointing. There needs to be more training on just simple, cool courtesy. But if you want food, comfort food, tasty, cheesy food, this is the place to go.
Ordered the Takis Chicken Burrito, in which I had to repeat myself 3 times at the drive thru, and got home to find it wasn’t what I ordered. It was the manager who took my order and served the food to me. What’s worse is that their phone doesn’t work when I tried calling, would at least like acknowledgment they messed up my order and would make it right. I like del taco but won’t be returning to this location again.
Ordered the same thing everyday, and the night guy gave me a different order and it would be fine but he was really rude about it and seem to start arguing and that i ordered it wrong.
Decent americanized Mexican food. Low price and special price on some items depends on days of the week.
I ordered delivery and my shake was forgotten, unknown if the error was on the part of Door Dash or Del Taco. Door Dash gave me the "not our fault, talk to Del Taco". I called Del Taco, 3-4 times back to back, until I got through.I spoke with a man named Saul (spelling?), I believe the manager of sorts at the time. He immediately apologized for the inconvenience and asked what Del Taco could do. I asked if they could give me the forgotten shake if I went to the store and picked it up. He said yes, of course. I also asked if I could get a free item for my inconvenience. He said yes, when you arrive ask for Saul and we'll work it out.I get there, I meet Saul, he apologizes again, and asks what I would like in addition to the shake. I asked for a free burrito. He replied by asking if I wanted two! I did not decline.Unsolicited profuse apologies and generous compensation when things go sideways. This is customer service right here! At the time of this writing, Del Taco and Saul are among the best!
Horrible service at drive through. Gave the incorrect order inspite of asking them to check everything (this has happened in the past as well but we ignored) - they can’t differentiate a crispy chicken burrito from a grilled chicken burrito. We had to go again to get our order corrected coz well we had already paid!! Plus no one ever picks up the phone at this location.Avoid at all costs. No customer service!
I love the Del Scorcho hot sauce for it's Jalapeno flavor.
