Been here a handful of times in the last month. What’s the deal with the lettuce? Why is it rotting and mushy? Are you guys not getting fresh lettuce? Are you leaving old lettuce in the bin? It’s disgusting and is a recipe for a sick stomach.
This place is a trip. I waited 20 minutes for FOUR tacos. Employees offering customers to "come behind the counter and help us if you don't think it's fast enough for you". Another employee was cussing at a customer in the drive-through. It was hilarious AF. Good laugh ! Make sure you take your phone and record all interactions. Blast it on TikTok !
this place is the absolute worstI tried to order online to pickup but they were closed when I got there and I wasted time and gas.please don't waste your time with this location
I came to this location for lunch around 1pm on Sun. 2/20/22. I ordered through the app. I picked up my order at drive-thru. Staff was friendly, helpful, and quick. I ordered 2 of the beer battered fish tacos and 2 chicken street tacos. Portions were decent. My only issue was the corn tortillas. They were cold and ripped apart easily.
Not the best del taco. Workers are underpaid so it shows. When I get delivery usually have 2 or more incorrect items. If I go through the drive they are out of a lot of things. It's never made me sick so they have that going for them. And when they get it right the food is great.
I regret coming here! They forgot to give me 1/4 of my order. On top of that, the food was soggy and seemed to be made and placed on a warmer for a great length of time. My expectations were already low coming here. But wow, I didn't know it would be this bad ? Save your money and go anywhere else for fast food.
Surprisingly good! They seem to have a nice building, solid food, and unbeatable prices. Their bean and cheese burritos and chicken soft tacos are amazing!
I ordered the app for pickup and yet when I got to the restaurant their doors wer closed of course they don't have a sign saying they're dining room is closed until you get to the door and they're locked and then I noticed that the two tacos I got were very small compared to others I got from other del tacos so I'm assuming this store is chintzy I don't know if it's the employees or the managers but this is one store I will skip for now!
The dining room has been closed for a week or more and if you're driving a vehicle that wont fit in the drive-thru you're out of luck. Wish I hadn't wasted my lunch break driving over here.
You get what you pay for but their new quesadilla tacos are really good.
