My party of 15 had a time differential of 45 minutes between the first guest served to the last. I had to request four times for my order before it arrived. The food on some plates was cold as well. I was very disappointed with the overall experience.
Server was not welcoming. Forgot orders and took a long time for her to get what was requested
Waitress got our order wrong and it took over a hour for our food to arrive .Waitress was never around for refills and charge us for something that we did not order.
Our waiter Anthony was great he was there since the min we arrived till the last we left.
My family and I came here for Father's day celebrating my dad that passed away from covid, my brother, brother in law and my boyfriend. The food was yummy and huge. Our waiter was awesome and was abled to accommodate us by splitting our check into 4. After dinner we played some games and enjoyed every minute of it.. our reservation was at 3:15 pm. We didn't leave till 8:20pm.
A few of the games were a little wonky, but when mentioned a maintenance server showed up quickly and addressed the issue. I do miss the eat and play they use to offer, but that's not a location's fault. I haven't been here to eat in a while so I cannot comment on the food, but in the past it has been good. I'd say if your looking to spend a little cash and play some games it's a good stop to make.
This was such a let-down. I made two group reservations for a birthday celebration. Service was poor from check-in, we waited 10 mins to be acknowledged. We sat down and waited 10 more mins for waitress to show. Then we waited 15 mins before waters (only half of the table) were brought out and she came to tell us two of the drinks we ordered (from the printed menu we were given) were not available. Then we waited another 10 mins to get our appetizers, but still no drinks. She came back 15 mins later to bring drinks, now we were finished with appetizers. Then the food order... and I could go on. Even after asking for a manager, service did not improve. Food came out but two at a time. Apparently only checks of up to 8 can be put in at one time? By the time the whole table was served, food was cold. It was just an overall unpleasant service experience and unfortunately not much of an effort at recovery.
Our server, Anthony, was excellent. He was extremely friendly and attentive. The only issue was that we received our wings and fries cold. They were replaced, but my husband got sick from the wings. Also I ordered a pepperoni pizza and the meat tasted old.
I booked our reservations for 20 people and the server was very patient, kind and amazing! Go Chrissy!
