Been going here for 15 years. Haven't gone in the last year or two. Must have changed ownership. Charged me additional $2.75 for two white sauces which used to come with the meal. I wanted to add a side of vegetables for an additional 4-5 dollars. When I opened the box I saw two green bean, two nickel sized carrot slices and a strand of onion. They also put a hot sauce on the meal without a request. They just lost a long term customer.
Ridiculous experience! We did a catering order with them on May 20th, 2022 and we were extremely disappointed with the quality of food that was given to us. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday with his friends over for dinner and thought Daphne would be great! Unfortunately, I was highly embarrassed with the kind of food I had to serve my guests! Firstly, they delayed the order pick up and when they gave us the food the chicken skewers were burnt! The food only smelled of the burnt grill and super charred! I literally had to throw away all the food and only rely on pita & falafel with the dips! I am never going back to them!
I've been coming here for 4 years now and they have never missed besides the occasional burnt chicken on the classic pita. However, today the fries were thin and too crispy. Please bring back the thick cut fries!
Everything was pretty good besides the chicken. The chicken on my street peta were very dry. The fries were delicious though.
This place is so unbelievably slow! The last few times I have been here it has been the same pattern. A snotty teenage girl taking orders and a man that I presume is the owner/manager standing around with no sense of urgency at all. Also the quality of the food has gone down and the prices have gone up. I believe I will be moving on from Daphnes after years of being a customer.
