I usually have a good experience at this location as I frequent often (I live accross the street). When I was there the other day, the hostess was really rude. So rude, I almost got up and left as she left a negative feeling. The servers were spot on and the food was as to be expected. Funny how one person can kill the overall experience.

Our waiter was awkwardly quiet and forgetful. Iâm assuming he was a little high⦠seeing as how I noted it was my boyfriendâs birthday I would have expected much better friendlier demeanor so that was disappointing. The food was good but nothing to rave about or come back for.
Fun, whimsical atmosphere. Excellent service, beautiful drinks. The food is delish! Everything is so fresh and colorful.
So we thought we would give this restaurant one more try after having an initial good experience at this location. We have had two terrible experiences at the location in Newport Beach because of one incredibly arrogant server, so we came back to this location because we liked the food and we were hoping to receive better service. In an area where there are so many restaurants to choose from, it just blows my mind that the training for the servers to just be kind is completely absent. Our male server was so incredibly arrogant, walked away when we were still ordering things, we had to ask for plates and he rolled his eyes when we asked for something else to drink. Obviously this chain of restaurants has trouble at the management level. Because if you did not, they would not be such horribly trained, rude staff. Even the hosts at both locations are arrogant, acting like bouncers to an exclusive club, not greeting you, not making eye contact. I was dining with my family last night and I wasnât going to let this server ruin my night, but I tell you what, kindness is everything. We paid $120 for dinner for three to be treated like crap. I am very excited to never go back to your restaurant again, and to tell everybody that I work with about our experiences. We just got back from yet another trip to a beautiful resort in another country where they know how to treat their customers. I hope you all get your stuff together, because itâs pathetic. I donât care if you make your own crust and your own pasta, no amount of tasty gluten would make me go back to your restaurant to be treated like that again.
Service and food were excellent. I planned a business luncheon so they sat us outside in the corner where it was quiet and private.
Nice vibe. Respectful servers. Prices are reasonable. Service is 9 out of 10 and Quality of food 10 out of 10. In Love with this lovely drink ?
