This place is really bad. Last week we went at 9:40pm and they didn't serve us saying we are closed. Whole the sign said 10pm. Today we went and ordered one of the signatures ice creams and the person didn't know about it. Then we asked for another one and she only put vanilla ice cream with few nuts and one piece of one fruit only. She didn't put all the fruits and fudge. Yest, I got charged full amount
I was in line at 9:34 PM. I had waited for 10 minutes. Young lady came out and told me that they were closed. If you can’t serve customers at 9:36, your hours should not read open till 10. That’s literally the definition of false advertisement

We reached at 9:52pm. Store closes at 10pm. After standing line, they said they are closing 3 minutes early at 9:57. We were in line for 5 minutes. People in front of us were also upset. There were three people working at the time. Bad customer service. Owner making tooooo much money and not care for customer service. BAAAAAD
Kind of expensive, but the prices are worth it. Better than the Spectrum location.
Ice cream was great and the person with glasses that served me was very nice. However, the other lady had the worst look and tone even through the mask. Her energy would have made me leave had I not ordered ahead. I saw her not be polite to other customers and my only advice is that if you don't want to be at work don't go or take a quick break to regroup. Do that or get a non client facing job.

Amazing homemade ice cream! I'd drive from Cold Stone Creamery here in a heart beat! Yummy homemade waffle cones too! Guys, forget take picture because two scoops of ice cream was devoured in j no on time!!! Staff had beautiful spirits and fun too.
