Just walked in to Chipotle to get the usual barbacoa burrito. After asking for brown rice, black beans and barbacoa the guy served less than half a spoon of beans and rice and just a few strands of meat when i asked if i could get some more of everything they told me i was going to get charged double. Been eating the same burrito since chipotle opened and i know how my food should look. Sad thing i saw the same server serve a lot of food to the guy in front of me, maybe because i asked the food in spanish which I am fluent in englih i just dont know. The guy served so little in my burrito that literally looked like a small taco. I was going to complain but they were so busy that I just walked away. Never coming back to Chipotle in irvine.
Refused to give a mask as I was happy to comply, then wouldn’t allow me to order. The manager has a big ego and is overall rude. Also one of the worst Chipotles food and service wise. Corporate should audit and hire a manger with more humility. My neighbors have also complained about how rude and bad the service is.
Ok I am not gonna stand here complaining the whole time. The food was excellent and I expect nothing less of chipotle. however, the burrito I got was not rolled right and the moment I got it, it broke. I had a bowl luckily but please do better in the wrapping. Also, some of the workers were quite rude and seemed like they didn’t care about the customer. I see a lot of potential but the service and work habit must be improved.
There is this Asian guy who rushed my order. The only nice person was the Asian girl who is the cashier. As a consumer it is the workers responsibility to provide great hospitality and to listen what the consumer wants without rushing them! I don’t know if it’s because they are stressed but they need to be reminded that you can’t rush people. They also didn’t provide napkins of utensils in my order. Smh
Refused me a mask when I was willing to politely comply with their mask requirement before ordering my food (since I didnt have one), then they refused me service after refusing the mask lol bravo. You can't hand a customer a mask from behind the counter but you can hand customers food and disposables, your policies makes a lot of sense lol
Absolutely the WORST location!!Out of all the locations I’ve been to out of 8 states this location is easily the worst! The employees talk down to you and their portions meager even when you pay for extra. Also thought it was funny to see all the paid for reviews on here, what a joke!

This is the final straw with this Chipotle. Every time I have ever ordered from this place, they somehow screw up my order. Without fail. This is an image from my latest order. Imagine the horror seeing this thing popping out of my taco!!! I thought it was a pork rind, or maybe some turkey jerky. Nope, not lucky enough. It appears to be some plastic wrap, maybe used to package the chicken. This place is the worst. Order from the one near Hicks Canyon Park instead
. . . REALLY enjoyed the Smoked Brisket Burrito which they made for me, here. As usual, Chipotle provides generous portions, and the meat was amazingly flavorful! I would DEFINITELY have this dish again, here, and I will, of course, continue to be a loyal customer at Chipotle . . . which has always provided me with quick, courteous, and professional service!!!
Tried giving this location multiple chances for a satisfactory visit. The last time I was here, Sunday 11/14 3:20pm, I picked up a business card to email the manager directly but lost it and have no desire to return, so writing a review instead. The staff here need better training. I am all about high schoolers and college students having jobs, but they need to be trained on how to provide basic attentive customer service. Especially at an establishment where communication between the staff and patron are necessary from start to finish of food prep, it's only common knowledge to be attentive throughout it. I don't need the person I'm talking to to have their attention on their coworker and chatting in between taking my order, causing me to repeat myself each and every time. "Rice?" "White rice, please." "What?" "White rice.." (talks to coworker). "Beans?" "Black beans." "What kind?" ".....black." Until the end, even as I was paying. Not only that, when I was done paying and picking up a business card, the girl at the register dipped. I looked over at the line forming and literally only one employee on the floor and about seven (not exaggerating) in the back chit chatting about something that probably could've waited until the line died down. 3/3 of my visits left me wondering where their priorities are at. Please retrain your staff, not just for the customers, but also to help them build some awareness.
