Ordered the usual I get on the rare occasion we decide for Chiptole, for some reason this location can't seem to get an order right. It's happened before guess it's my fault for not learning my lesson those times we said ya know mistakes happen whatever no big deal still kind of isnt one, but to completely not add chicken (Xtra chicken as well as it says ON the receipt) to a chicken burrito bowl lmao its like astounding at how incompetent a place can be. I don't think I've ever actually left a review on anything really but this was just so hilariously idiotic to not leave one. Next time. Just take the extra minute to actually read the order. As a consumer only thing I can do is I won't be ordering from here again not that they care if they're CONSTANTLY making mistakes as other reviews say.
They are good and working super hard but double check orders for sure. Staff is great with corrections but please RESPECT THEM! They are feeding us and mistakes happen. So IF it does happen, understand they have had a busy crazy time as of late, and approach it as an adult, not a crazy hangry mongoose. ?
I remember when you could order the protein and it was the same cost. Now the base cost is chicken and the extras are extra so Barbacoa cost more. And let’s say you want to add double meat. The chicken is about to 2.65 more. So if you’re going to order a different protein than chicken expect to pay the additional cost plus the extra portion cost of 2.65.As to the food itself, it’s not bad. It’s not Mexican. It’s kind of your Tex Mex flair, without free chips or salsa on the side like you’d get at a mom and pop shop.Online ordering is not easy. You can’t ask for extra salsa, you can’t customize it with written instructions. Think of it as ordering from a robot, a real robot and they don’t understand much more than the basics.Still in a quick pinch it’s good. The takeout bookcase is kind of odd because I was expecting it to be based upon last name but they do it based on first name.
Been to a couple of places that serve guacamole but nobody comes close to Chipotle's guacamole.Great taste & it's not browning lol.Keep it up chipotle !2 chicken burrito bowls

I got my order to-go. Tried the brisket since that’s the current promo. The brisket is okay, but the flavor is much more BBQ than Mexican, and I don’t think it really goes with the flavors of the other ingredients. It’s got more of a sweet BBQ sauce flavor, if you can imagine. The carne asada was much better in terms of flavor profile, I wish they’d kept that. I actually don’t think I’ve been here since they got rid of the carne asada. The rice, beans and meat in my bowl weren’t really warm, either, which was another downer. It’s also amazing to me that the prices are increasing, yet the portions are decreasing. I get price increases are becoming a normal part of life these days, but at least don’t insult your customers by reducing the portions at the same time. And why are the chips always stale?!?
Who ever cleaned the bathroom, did an I creditable job. Most important job, cause the dirtiest are of your house is the kitchen. With that said.... if the bathroom looks like an ampm restroom then we can only imagine what the kitchen must look like. See the link.Great job, ps. Manager Alyssa is the most rude disrespectful person I have ever dealt with in my life. Upon completing my order incorrectly I returned to the location to have my order redone because I wasted 20 minutes of my time returning to location. I paid for guac and extra barbacoa but it was omitted from my order. Manager Alyssa angrily made my order by throwing food into my bowl. After she completed my bowl she placed the order upside down so the bowl would leak through and fall out of my bag. Please contact me in regards to this order I will keep leaving complaints until I am contacted
Manager Alyssa is horrible. Worst customer experience I have ever experienced. I placed a mobile order at this location for standard pick up. When I arrive home from pick up I recognize that the order is incorrect so I have to drive back to chipotle to ask them to correct my order. I paid for extra barbacoa and guac but it was obviously omitted from my order. I asked them to please recreate my order but the Manager gave me push back because I assume she thinks I am trying to get more food? The Manager Alyssa was extremely rude. When they finally agree to remake my order she begins throwing food in my bowl angrily and she puts barbacoa juice in my bowl making it soggy and leak through my bag. PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION FOR YOUR SANITY! MANAGER ALYSSA IS VERY RUDE
