If I could give NO stars, I would. I ate here on 5/7/22 about 3 pm. Promptly 2 hours later I got the runs/diarrhea all night long! I had the steak burrito, beans, rice and guacamole. OMG, I've never felt so sick in my life. it's 7:55 PM next day and I still am living by the toilet.Update: It's 5/28 and I am still suffering with diarrhea.
Unprofessional staff and small portions. Better off spending the money in one of the other eating locations in the plaza.
Mannnnnn... You can feel how unhappy the employees are at this location. Chipotle needs to pay more or something because the customer service is poor. I was there for about 10-15 mins after my pick up was scheduled and they didn't acknowledge anyone who was waiting on their food. To top it off, they didn't get my order right. Jesus christ.
Every time I come here the service is rushed, they are understaffed or someone is not doing anything, and they are out of at least 2-3 ingredients. This has happened three times in a row. No longer coming here.
Easily worst chipotle I've been to. The place was filthy, food all over the tables. They were out of chicken, change and the soda fountain had just soda water coming out. I could maybe understand if they were short staffed but there was at least 15 employees with one of them seemingly counting forks.Food wasn't any where near the quality of other Chipotle's I've been to. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.
This Chipotle is a fine restaurant! No matter if you get their bowl, burrito, salad, they are all amazing. I especially loved their warm, salted chips. Take a shot and go to this Chipotle.
Ordered via the app . Fast and easy everything was warm and ready on time.everything was packed well. Good service. While they filled the burrito it was mainly rice ( in order to reach the weight ) and bean hardly any meat or any other toppers .the plant base chorizo was so overly spicy couldn't taste anything else, i would not recommend . The chicken and shredded carnitas was amazing too bad there is barely any . They are skimpy on the meat for this specific location at 9 to 10$ a burrito i dont want to eat just 98 percent rice 1 percent meat 1 percent salad , their ratio is really off ...
Lots of seating, clean and quick. Ice machine didn't have ice, but overall pretty good!
My guacamole has hard pieces of meat or something in it…?
They hardly put any meat and the meat they did put was horrible. The steak in my burrito was all fat ! Never again.
