Restaurant is fine but drive thru needs new design or signage with directions for hysterical ladies about where the queue is allowed to extend to: As a visitor to the area, I’m not sure why cars are not allowed to funnel in from both streets, off Bryan and off Jamboree, wouldn’t you want to avoid a bottleneck on Jamboree? A lady almost had a rage attack that I turned into the little street that leads to drive through from the Bryan direction, but I was just trying to get out of the way, also had a ton of cars behind me waiting to turn. I didn’t have a problem letting her go first since it meant so much to her, but then I ended up just parking and walking in the restaurant, so much more relaxed/ normal people that way!
I gave it four and maybe less because of 3 women supervisors/seniors as they are rude. Long time waiting. And they gave me wrong order twice and one time missing item and one no source at all and even not suggesting or helpingSo the stars only for the food
We had not went to Chick-fil-a for over 6 months. We tried a location in Irvine/Tustin and went through the drive up window. The staff was helpful and friendly. We were able to get through the line in under 15 minutes. Much to our surprise, the French fries were soggy and cold and not what we normally received in the past. We also had a regular chicken sandwich and spicy deluxe sandwich too. But the French fries ruined the visit.
The line was not bad. They have a 2 Lane ordering process to alleviate the congestion.Their employees are very cordial & proper, great employee training!
Food tastes as expected. Only a few of the staff are reasonably trained and competent; every time I go, there is something wrong with my order - whether it's sauces, drinks, or food. Service is quick. I come here regularly and I would recommend to a friend.
Very professional and accommodating. Some of the best fast food you can get. I always get the spicy chicken sandwich and the ingredients are very fresh. I devour it within seconds. Great food.

They told me to drive aside and wait for my order.We waited for nearly 20mins. Have never experienced this with any chik fil a & we always have 4 meals in our order. Will never come back to this location again.
Complete cluster F today. Drive through was open but not routed around the building…..so you place your order and then wait in the parking lot for someone to run the order out. After waiting 15 minutes in the “drive thru” line I was told when placing my order it was going to be 15-20 minutes to get food. I was then offered to go inside and place the order. Why not just shut the drive through down and send everyone inside. This location also has worst Chick-fil-A employees. No smiles, no greetings, it’s like McDonalds took over this location
Chic-fil-a is awesome! Usually part of what makes them that way is because they had customer service to the highest standard, dropped a star here between we went they were understaffed and I think their employees were feeling the stress.
