Extremely reliable quality and affordable to get. If you haven't signed up for their reward program, you should because it's definitely worth it if you're already going to eat there from time to time anyway.Their breakfast is actually my favorite thing on their menu, the bacon egg and cheese biscuit and some hash browns is probably lesser known because they are known for their chicken, but you should try it if you haven't yet.
25% of the time you will get the wrong order. Check your bag, the food is fine, but these kids can't get an order right to save their lives. I have had to go back several times. Happened again tonight, gave us the Cobb Salad when we ordered the Market Salad.
Ordered four individual meals, all being custom with two kids meals and they pulled out it off. Wasn't expecting that kind of service! Chick-fil-A just doesn't disappoint! Love it!!! This location rocks!!!
I've been to this Chick-fil-A 3 or 4 times the past few weeks (sorry mom) and have had excellent service every single time! Chick-fil-A is known for its outstanding customer service, and this location didn't let me down! Their frosted lemonade are to die for and my orders always come out hot and quickly too! Great job!!

Food from quality and quantity is not as good as Costa Mesa branch. But the most important part was the worst service for it the poorest I've had in a very long time. I am not coming here again.
Absolutely Amazing! Chickfila's savory chicken sandwich, delicious potato fries, and chocolate fudge brownies are the best! Don't doubt Chick-fil-A!
Went there this afternoon with a friend for lunch and one of the staff dropped the food on the counter after we approached the counter and without saying thank you or acknowledging us. She was very rude and gave us a dirty look. She was hostile when I asked her why she didn’t acknowledge us. Spoke with manager Alissa M and she said she’s not her training manager and it’s OK to go to another location if we don’t like it here. Of course that’s unacceptable by any standard and it appears that she was protecting the first one that acted unprofessionally. What a pity and a disgrace on a holiday weekend. I recommend going to the Costa Mesa. We felt discriminated against and that the workers were acting as though they are a gang such that they were protecting one another as well as poisoning the well.
Fastest service I've ever gotten at a Chick-Fil-A. I came in with only a couple people ahead of me, and the worker took my order quickly and kindly. My food was ready within 5 minutes, although the nuggets were pretty small.
Chick-fil-A in Irvine, CASpicy chicken deluxe sandwich meal with waffle fries and a sunjoy drink hits the spot. Staff is friendly and in dining has a good atmosphere filled with UCI students.
