Always a wonderful experience at Cha Chas. The food and drinks are delicious and happy hour is a must.
Everyone is extremely friendly and food is always so fast! We love being served by Yu. Such a great server and always a pleasure talking to!
We arrived on time but weâre seated 10 minutes late because there were no tables, we asked to be seated at a table so we could sit next to each other and weâre told no that was reserved for a four person group but then only two people sat at that table and the other table similar. We waited another 10+ minutes before the waiter even took our order and the waiter took long periods of time and we had to flag him down even to get something ordered. Usually have a good experience, but this was horrible and I canât believe we were treated so poorly
Our server did not order our guacamole so other than not Getting our order correct everything else was good. Fun atmosphere

Food tasted very bad.
Had been here before for just cocktails...always enjoyed them and this was my first full meal. The chip/salsa/guac were all delicious and had enjoyed them in the past. Cocktails came quickly and were really good. Ordered Short Rib Enchilidas with Rice, no Beans...dish came as described on menu...beans, no rice. Didn't feel like sending it back, addressed it with waitress and she brought side of rice. Dinner guest ordered Cheese Enchilidas....Chicken Enchiladas were brought to the table. Food Runner took back and then new dish came out 5 minutes later. Waitress apologized and brought a dessert. The food was good...not sure if waitress entered order wrong or kitchen messed up. Intend on giving them another chance in the future. Once the correct food came...it was quite good!
I made a reservation and had the worst table by the kitchen with two sets of doors, chips all over the floor and massive foot traffic. Not a great experience. The Brea location is by far superior.
