We came to eat dinner with my family. I don’t know where to start about horrible customer service and bad management. Floor was dirty and I simply asked if they can clean and they were all moody. We couldn’t even eat dessert because they said kitchen is closed at 10 pm. Waiter said if we don’t like it we can call Corporate! We were still eating and they didn’t close until 11. I will contact with Corporate Office about the service and management!
As Italian I can say that what they serve it's not pizza. It's bread with something on the top. The "pizza" was also burned because the fire inside the oven it's too hight. I don't expect to eat real Italian food but at least it isn't burnt! Let's talk about pasta. The zucchini shrimp pasta it something with grilled shrimp floating in a zucchini water and spaghetti. It was like a soup... Disgusting!
The bartender was cool, he talked Harry Potter lore with me and my neice. Then sports with my mom. The food was great but the service sets them apart.
A little slow, but good food
We arrived during the weekday lunch rush, and they were quick in seating us.I ordered the 7" BBQ Chicken Pizza and Mediterranean Salad lunch combo, and it was delicious! (Well, I only had half of each, and I took the rest to go.)The staff were kind, the bathrooms were clean, and overall, the experience was fantastic! One thing for those with sound sensitivites to note is that because this location is in the Irvine Spectrum, families with little children dine here too, so I'd suggest wearing headphones to mask the noise those little ones make.
Kung Pao...... Chicken? It's like where's Waldo but with the chicken in this Kung Pao Spaghetti. We just thought it's funny menu item to be disappointed. No sauce just some kind of oil.
Ordered avocado chicken rolls to go for my son and kids working on that corner messed with food since I did not give any tip. For to go order and I was on lunch break as a working as a security guard. They make 15.00 per hour plus tips and their job to hand over food ordered properly. Tips are optional not a requirement on to go order!! These people would close down places.

The dining room here is an unusual shape. At least they have a cool vintage-looking yellow neon sign reading "Take Out" so that those who place pickup orders know where to go on arrival.
We ordered the BBQ chicken pizza and it had around 7-8 pieces of chicken so we called the waiter and complained, she was so nice she offered a new one which was full of chicken and of course we didn't pay for the 2nd pizza. We will be back for this kind server.
