Good place for breakfast. The food is good. They have variety of pancakes that are all good. The sausages are ok. Although they have different kinds they do not have the basic kind. Omelettes are interesting but lack a regular kind of omelette. For example they don't have cheese or California omelettes. The place need a power wash. The ground is not clean.the staff is overwhelmed. coffee is very good.

Visiting from Chicago... Delicious breakfast menu. Fair prices. Great service. Cozy atmosphere.

Best breakfast- that is the absolute truth in my opinion. We love breakfast at our house, we found this spot via another google guide and it did not disappoint. The staff were friendly, and super efficient. The atmosphere was a very chill and “welcome in” like grandmas house. You don’t know everyone but it feels like we are all having a big reunion breakfast. Great seating options from inside or patio, custom dishes, and decorations make for easy Instagram moments. We will be back. Thanks so much Breakfast Republic for a delicious start to our day.

We went on a Sunday morning around 10:30 am. The place was very busy and our wait time for a party of 7 was an hour--which we were prepared for given it was memorial day weekend. They do take your name and phone number down to message you once your table is ready which is great because it gives you time to walk around the shopping center to kill some time. The breakfast/brunch menu had some great options and it all sounded so delicious, to start off we ordered the fresh squeezed orange juice, oj mimosa, and Mexican mocha, the drinks were very good. They do only serve you a glass of mimosa instead of leaving you either the mini champagne bottle like most places so it is easy to just gulp down the mimosa in one sip just FYI.I ordered the steak and eggs that comes with hashbrowns with bacon and your choice of bread. I ordered my steak medium and came out perfectly cooked albeit cold compared to the rest of my food, The chimichurri sauce was very tasty but the hashbrown with bacon was too salty. The only thing I didn't enjoy about my meal was the eggs, it wasn't cooked the way I ordered them but I didn't want to send them back. Overall my meal was okay. I do wish they provided other hot sauce options instead of only their own which just tasted like watered down tomato juice. The rest of my family ordered:- breakfast burger which I was told was not so tasty, the only thing that stood out was the thousand island dressing.-the chilaquiles that comes with rice and beans and according to my cousin tasted like spaghetti sauce thrown on some chips-the Pb French toast, I was told it was just okay.-Oreo pancakes were not good and were very dry! The side of regular buttermilk pancake we ordered was also very dry. I do not recommend getting pancakes at this location.-the gluten free cinnamon French toast was very good, it comes with strawberries and whipped cream.I was disappointed since the menu items described all sounded delicious but they really failed to deliver in flavor for a lot of dishes. Our server was just ok. We only saw him when he delivered the drinks/food and when he dropped off the check. No spectacular service was given. In the end we all left feeling hungry still and not satisfied with the menu or service.

I got a bowl and it was delivered 15 or more minutes before the rest of my party. Our drinks came out ten minutes after we ordered. I don't know if it is lack or cooks in the kitchen or what but our food came out so staggered I was watching everyone eat. The food wasn't bad but the service could be improved. Our server was friendly, just rarely seen.

Great breakfast place with amazing vegan options but long waits and mediocre service. We had to wait for over 20 minutes even though they had plenty of seating. I would go back but only because they had an amazing vegan skillet. Their breakfast potatoes were incredible as well. They have their own homemade ketchup which isn’t as good as Heinz but A for effort. Everyone loved their breakfasts especially the brioche French toast. Will definitely try and get back here.

First time visiting...staff very friendly. Short wait. Lively atmosphere. Cool decor! Food was delicious! Reasonably priced! Would definitely eat here again.

As someone who enjoys a day out for brunch, the Breakfast Republic is the perfect place located in a small mall in Irvine, California. I’ve been to this restaurant once since it was my first visit with my family since the restaurant piqued our interest with its fun farmhouse theme. What I saw from the restaurant's menu, there were a lot of opinions to choose from with a nice selection of meats, vegetables, and vegan options. What I chose was the “American dish” that consisted of three eggs of any style, choice of sausage or three strips of bacon, house potatoes, and your choice of bread. It was a bit pricey, but a great place to celebrate a special occasion with a nice brunch. The main strength of this restaurant was the large portions that each plate is given to you. Since my plate consisted of perfectly cooked scrambled eggs, three large strips of turkey bacon, and crispy house potatoes which were very delicious! Another strength was that the drinks were very refreshing, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice and apple juice. The main weakness of eating at this restaurant was the wait time. The wait time for a table was a little longer than I expected, but that is usually what happens at a brunch restaurant during a busy weekend. Another weakness was the wait time for our orders to be made and for a waiter to take our order. We waited for around 25 minutes for someone to take our order, but it seemed that the workers were short-staffed hence the long waiting time. One last weakness this restaurant had was the price. The meal was a little on the pricey side for four people, but it makes up for the meals. Overall, I give this restaurant a positive rating, that is wonderfully decorated and a nice place to dine for a special occasion.

When we got here at 9 a.m. (Saturday), the line started forming. We waited about 15 minutes then got seated in one of the smaller tables for a party of two. Our waitress was friendly, attentive and accommodating. I ordered scrambled eggs with ham and a side of veggies and whole wheat toast. It was quite filling and delicious. I would come back here again.

Service was OK and food was above average. The bacon was amazing!
