Coffee will 100% wake you up! Staff is super nice. When we went they were backed up and they were HUSTLING to meet orders. Quality was still great and staff was upfront about being backed up. 10/10 will be back again
First visit: Coffee is decent, but overpriced. I figure I’d go back if there were no other options.Second (and last) visit: I placed an online order and said it’d be ready in 20 minutes. 30 minutes after placing the order, I went to pickup my drink and the baristas said they just received my order and it’d be ready in 10-20 minutes. I was very dissatisfied potentially waiting 45 minutes for one cup of coffee, so I asked them to cancel my order.I will not be returning.
spanish latte (condensed milk, cinnamon) was not bad, but not phenomenal. i liked how they made the drink very hot. staff was super busy and they ran out of some items (like cup sleeves), but it is holiday season so not super surprised.
Holy smokes. I paid $6 for a cup of thick ice with a splash of Vietnamese coffee. Next time I’ll ask for a few ice cubes. Great coffee otherwise, just wish I had more!
TLDR; rude, disorganized, unprofessional, overpriced, and unexceptional; the shop two stores down is way betterArrive for a pickup order, no crowd at all. After waiting we ask about the order with our name, guy says "oh yeah one sec" but never bothers to check. Eventually ask again and they never even accepted the order from their management, so they had never even started. We ask about the manager, but apparently no manager at that store or a phone to call? Obviously a lie, we called the number on Google and their phone starts ringing. What a joke.Even if you get past the terrible customer experience you are wasting your time. Everything is overpriced, unexceptional, and the coffee is only good when it's LOADED with sugar. You'd be much happier with 85C Coffee just two stores down.
While visiting Irvine Spectrum, we decided to try Blk Dot coffee. I didnt know what to order so i ordered something familiar but I got it hot because it was cold that day (which I normally don’t do). It was the best hot caramel macchiato I had ever had. I will definitely be returning again and I’m so happy they have another location even closer to me.
