The VTM here is incredible. They really stepped up on their breakfast items.

Worst customer service. I placed an order and my name was spelled wrong. That was fine. Then waited for my order. Drink came out first. Then I was waiting and waiting for the Avo toast. At some point another person's order was called - and I saw a box was left there. I came close and sawMy (misspelled) name on it. That's when I knew it was for me. I was not called when the toast was ready. I said to the guy working there "thanks for letting me know when this was ready" obviously as I was unhappy with the fact that he didn't. He said oh well it was here when you came to check. I was standing right there all the time and he didn't call my name until I saw the box sitting there. Nothing is worth coming to this place with this very mean attitude. Def never coming back.
I've been going here often for their spanish latte and it's always so yummy! Their prices are on the higher end so if you want a different type of milk or any other adjustments then it might cost close to $7 for one latte.

Love the coffee. Stopped by yesterday and got a chicken bánh mì sandwich & Thai tea with Boba. Didn’t think anything of it until I went to drink my drink. The lid wasn’t properly secured so half of it spilled out of the cup and down the side of my car, luckily it was the outside, but I had just washed it by hand this weekend. When I finally got it all cleaned up and inserted my straw I couldn’t drink it because the Boba was in a clump at the bottom and the straw was too skinny to pick up the Boba. By the time I got to work out of frustration I just threw the whole thing away since it was half gone anyway.My order and pick up experience was great, just the execution and being able to enjoy my drink is where I felt extremely disappointed. Staff here is always cheerful and friendly, moreso than at other locations which is a plus. Will likely go back again but will be more careful to check my order before leaving next time.
