Sushi in a cup! Super unique concept! I loved all the layers and the food was super fresh and delicious! I got the Rainbow cup and Amarillo cup and both were really good! I also got to try the shrimp tempura side, which is a new addition to the menu! It was super yummy and I would definitely recommend getting it as a side! I can’t wait to go back and try more of their sushi cups!

I really recommend the dragon. one, especially choosing set meal option because you'll get extra side and dessert as well. The mochi is very yummy.Collection tips: arrive at their lovely ghost kitchen > ring the bell > get your order by name. Parking is super easy to find. The shop is also super easy to locate!
Creative and beautiful for photo shots. But how do you really mix the components with such a full cup? I ended up pouring them into a bowl and eating like poke. It is delicious though.

Easy, on the go meal! Their concept of sushi in a cup is super unique and looks great. The cups pictured are poké, jalapeño, and rainbow from left to right. Everything is extremely customizable to your liking. The poké cup has Poke (Salmon, Tuna), Fish Egg, Avocado, Kaiso Crystal, Red Onion, Cucumber, Mango, Radish Sprout, Pepitas, Micro Greens, Pickled Ginger, Lotus Root Chips, Radish, and Nori (Seaweed). The jalapeño cup has Yellowtail, Fish Egg, Fried Onion, Nori (Seaweed), Carrot, Cherry Tomato, Cucumber, Micro Mizuna, Asparagus, Kaiso Crystal, Edamame, Radish Sprout, Pickled Ginger, Black Sesame, and Shredded Chili. Lastly, the rainbow cup has Boiled Shrimp, Salmon, Tuna, Yellowtail, Avocado, Fish Egg, Edamame, Cucumber, Nori, Butter Lettuce, Pepitas, Pickled Ginger, Asparagus, Kaiso Crystal, and Pickled Radish. We had a few problems with the ordering system, but they were prompt to address any of our issues and extremely kind.
The presentation of the food was super cute and very aesthetically pleasing!! I also really liked that the all the veggies tasted fresh. The only downside is the convenience of eating it. I had to end up pouring the food into a separate container when I ate it but other than that I really enjoyed A Cup of Sushi.
A cup of sushi was such a good and unique experience! I loved the inclusion of a vegan option for myself, it was so delicious! I never would have thought I would be able to enjoy sushi with my friends again but a cup of sushi made it possible! I will definitely be back!
