The people this company has hired to cook Japanese food has been pouring grease in the food and very heavily. I have been eating at yoshinoya for many years and have never had it taste so bad. The food companies hire anyone to cook the food and it take away from the original flavor. I will never eat here again and please stop putting Grease in the food it's horrible. Can't find good food anymore these companies hire just anyone just to have a head at work. Never again! The rice is heavy and full of grease how terrible. It just tastes horrible.
I get off work late from a 12 hr shift of sitting down and believe me, it gets exhausting ? ? ?.I ordered the Hot beef and Regular chicken plate. White rice and veggies. Instead, I get home and I have a Plain beef and chicken over brown rice with no veggies. I'm still gonna eat at yoshinoya because the food is good but!Seems like the prices are going up, Which we u derstand but, the service is going down in some locations.
First time coming to Yoshinoya, always wanted to come after my trip in Japan. I was debating going to this place or the Mongolian place nearby and to my regret, I came here. I must say, I was really disappointed. I barely got any meat which by the way, was bland and flavorless, and the large bowls almost had the same serving I would get for a regular bowl. The service was not the great either, the lady that handed me my food was not respectful in the slightest. Probably not coming back.
Whoever Jasmine is at the register has horrible customer service. Also she is slow but wants you to rush on her time. She doesn’t even follow basic customer service protocol looking at the customer in the eye. I didn’t know what she was doing. She’s terrible won’t be back. People like her don’t deserve to represent such a company ? and it’s a line seems like she can’t handle
Rude cashier went to order with only 2 people inside making a line with an empty restaurant left my bike in a corner next to the trashcan because I'm working delivering food and is my money making transport. She saw me and told me I can't have it inside I told her can I just place my order really quick and I wait outside. She neglected the service and wanted me to live my bike outside I don't trust that area cause I got stolen before and I told her that if someone take it was she going to be responsible for the payment of the bike. Left and will never come back to this location I used to go there 2 times a week here since I live close by but not anymore after this new worker
I went Wednesday evening at 5:54pm the line was outside because Rita was the only cashier and dispatcher until the Manager Ivan finally went to help but had no cash in second cashier. Instead of one dispatching and one use the cashier that had money he went to get change. I used a coupon for the 2 combos, 4 rolls and 2 cheesecake but saw then had just taken the last two. I was told by Rita that they were frozen so I said if I could get 2 flan instead before answer the manager said no. I said I would pay the difference but didn't want frozen cheesecake, then realized it was same price. He said it's Company policy so I told him

Got dinner here after the BTS concert so it was busy. Very fortunate that it was still open unlike most places. The service was quick considering the line out the door. Bathroom required a token that you could get from an employee. Food was good and in large portions. Only complaint is that they mixed up our rice orders. Understandable for how many orders they were receiving though.

This place has absolutely is the worst dine in restaurant I think I've ever eaten that it's me didn't do Smelt walking it smells like sewer and the customer service there is 0.00 below average especially the people named Carlos that runs the place he's awful don't go there save yourself a trip and go anywhere house
