Google says Yogurtland closes at 10:00pm but it’s 9:19pm and they are closed. I understand they might be franchised but if that’s the case update your hours.

I don’t know if it’s the excuse of the pandemic, there store hours show that they close at 10. I got there at 8:50pm & they’re close? Two young guys cleaning, rushing to be out. It’s clear that they don’t care, management can care less. It’s not the first time they do this. If you’re not a happy in a job then leave.

The staff is nice. The toppings are always kept clean and full. One thing I would recommend is more flavors, but other than that it's my favorite spot to go for a snack. I like to get pistachio yogurt with amaretto cherries , dark chocolate chips, and chopped almonds and walnuts. ?

I would of felt more comfortable running my credit card in the alley around back. Everyone there in plain clothes, no name tags... I hope whoever rang me up actually works there and the staff wasn't tied up and gagged in the back. Can't tell you who it was tho because their receipt machine is 'down' so no receipts for transactions. And of course the person wouldn't identify themself, so... yea. This is the 1st and only time I've ever been to a Yogurtland. But I gotta say, once seems like plenty.
My experience was horrible. I visited only because I have a rewards card only to find out they were not accepting them, therefore I didn't get the points that I'm so accustomed to. The staff was not present, I had to call for them & once they did appear they had an attitude of so ' So What'. The store smelled like dirty mop water. They didn't have the standard flavors. All in all, I feel like they should close, It's located in the most untraveled & unsafe part of the shopping center.
