It pains me to leave a 1 star review but there is no zero option available. Picked up a carry out order, got home and realized they didn’t give me all my food. Had to drive back and explained that they didn’t provide my correct order and they refused to fix it. Imagine that. Terrible customer service. I know not to return to this location in the future.
These people do not answer the phone EVER so one can place an order. I had to come into the establishment and when I got there, there were no customers there. I asked the Hispanic host at the register why no one answered and she had no answer. She was lazy and barely wanted to take my order. She was watching television and not attentive. Please DO BETTER.
Wing stop - We order in bulk because their flavor selection is wide. Great tasting beach ready chicken.
This wingstop in particular don't go there long wait times and its a good chance your order won't be correct. The employees was on their phones and didn't want to give refunds for wrong orders. Wingstop is a good place to eat just not this one.
Went there today horrible experience. Waiting 45 minutes for my food. They don't give me all my orders. People kept coming back they orders where wrong. The cook working the cashier and cooking. I had to tell him to wash his hands before he started cooking. One of the worker wasn't wearing his mask correctly. I will not go back there. Good luck who goes there
I spend $50 on the meal for 2! and the food was terrible the wings were not fresh they were a leftover batch as well as the fries I had pieces of fries and the food was cold I ordered a sprite and I carbonated water
They forgot some items in my order. And cashiers seem to be very busy doing other things other than work
Had to cancel order. Still waiting on refund. Should have received in 3 days...today was day 6. Already went in yesterday to inquire and was told another 3 days. Hope patience pays off because I would like to order from here again one day soon.
Don’t ever order at this location they did not give me my complete party pack order. They only gave me 30 wings and didn’t give me none of my 2 large fries. I tried to call but they don’t answer the phone at all.
I had been a frequent customer, but my order 11/6 gave me tremendous food poisoning from which I am still recovering on 11/10. I assume this is salmonella as I have never felt this I'll before. My wife is vegetarian and this was the only food we didn't share, so I am confident that Wingstop was the culprit.
