Almost closed to feel you are in guadalajara! The tortas ahogadas are 100% bomb!!
Best to Tortas herikayas and tacos de barbacoa ! If your from Guadalajara Jalisco I’m sure you’ll feel just at home !!!
Definitely one of the better places in LA to get tortas ahogadas. Nothing compares to the ones in Guadalajara but Tortuga Bay definitely hits the spot. Their tacos are also pretty good. And their carne en su jugo is decent too.
Food is tasty, fresh and hot. I place my phone order twice a month for me and a couple of co-workers.
First off they customer service sucks , Secondly I ordered 3 carne asada tacos and the meat was not carne Asada it had no type of flavor or seasoning and the meat was tuff . The green salsa was watery and don’t taste right I would Never eat there again first time and the last Would not recommend this place at all. When I walked IN I should of walked back out just on how the place looks . Never again !!!!
This is the worst Mexican restaurant I have ever ate at. I ordered two sopas. One chicken and one steak. They boiled the chicken and I'm not sure what kind of meat was the asada. The sauce is watery. Never eat there people. They should be closed down
Been here less than a handful of times because of the distance I'm pregnant decide to take the trip. I wanted to use the restroom before getting back on the road. I've used the bathroom before & i was told they don't have a restroom. Big NO! Won't be returning. Food was mediocre i think my first time when I came here was the best other than that its been whatever. Service is poor.
The big tasty burrito they made me was the only good thing that happened to me that day. Dunno whats up with all the reviews complaining about poor service because everyone was very nice to me. Very interesting menu with lots of unusual options. Not like anywhere else

The young female cashier is very rude. Bad attitude. I recently went there. They always call the order while you wait so I figured I’d sit so I don’t block where people order their food. There were a few people who came in after me, sat down, and got their food before I did. I got up and my order was there. They were calling everyone else’s order. She just ignored me and I asked her if she provided the sauces I requested and she said yes. When I got home, there were no sauces, or napkins. She’s been rude every time I went by there. But definitely never going there again. Not a good place to go
