Janet and Kenia! Incredible customer service. They were so packed Saturday night on drive through and they made sure everything was in order. Meal was delicious. Got the portobello char burger. And impossible.Would return! Janet goes above and beyond!!
I have known the cafe for almost 10 years! Every time I am here, I definitely visit this restaurant-bar, I try not once, not twice! And every time I worry that the quality or taste, in my opinion, of the best burgers that I have tried, could change during the period until I had the opportunity to visit this cozy place! Aaaah... nno, figurines! Everything is top notch as always! I hope it always stays that way! Thank you for your stability! I always advise friends, colleagues, acquaintances who go on a business trip or on vacation to visit this institution, and I always get positive feedback in return!
Quick and easy. The service was fast and the food tasted great. Tried the impossible burger and it was better than I expected. While they are known for their charburgers and I do enjoy the Santa Barbara one the most, the impossible one comes close! Explore the menu, I haven't been disappointed!
the ladies are very beautiful that work here and I'm very professional and I was there for a pickup so I highly recommend this place for pickup and deliveries and the food quality seems to be good if not it wouldn't be full of people

I had the Santa Barbara grill sandwich. It has Lettuce, Tomatoes, Avocado, Pickles, cheese, two beef patties all between toasted sour dough bread. And I had Tempura Green Beans.. those are delicious!
The Patty Melt was awesome. It is a must try when it comes back since its a seasonal item. I hope they make it a staple to the menu.
It is pretty decent burger joint. Our only complaint is that the LAX location advertised but don't stock the milk shakes on menu board!
Service was fine and employees seemed nice except the little short cook who upon entering instantly stared me up and down and subsequently my burger was cooked medium which was disgusting. 1st time trying this place and ill have to pass next time out of fear my food will be undercooked.
Fairly quick service befitting of a fast food restaurant.I ordered a teriyaki cheesburger with everything in it.The burger patty was cooked just right and was juicy and tender.There is a condiment area where there were jalepenos and pickled chillies that can be self added plus hot and bbq sauces.Overall a very good and delicious experience.
