Told me at the walk up window that the walk up window was closed then they changed their mind and told me they could hand me my drink and then some girl in the back decided that they weren’t doing that and I had to pick up my mobile order through the drive through that was 10 cars long so I was stuck in the drive thru for 20 minutes after placing the mobile order 10 minutes prior to that. I called and they blamed it on staff shortage but someone met me at the walk up window originally and he couldn’t just hand me the drink????? Incompetence

Amazing service always! Very polite ! Customer service is a A1. I LOVE THIS STARBUCKS. And my coffee is always delicious and the wait time is non existent, they move quickly. I have never had a problem with this store or an employee and I go there like 4 times a week for my coffee
Once I saw they built this Starbucks close to the 405 fwy, I was so happy it was next to the fwy I take to work, I grab my brew and head out. The staff here are so fast, friendly and always get my order correct. These are the kind of folks that make u want to come back, always greeted with great energy, keep up the good work.
I love the quality of service here. However when it comes to their parking lot and drive thru services it horrible. You have two lines coming from two directions; one from Inglewood Ave and one from Century. The line from the Century entrance blocks people from parking as well as getting out. There needs to be a better system when it comes to the drive thru and parking. Just like how In-n-out have cones to direct traffic and staff outside it should be for this location as well. It would make sense to have the Century entrance blocked by the drive thru park making drive thru Inglewood entrance only which would allow for people to park without being blocked. Or make it drive thru only no parking which will still suck.
Staff was super nice and asked about the BTS concert and merch we got that day. They made the drink delicious 4/5.
Parking lot is tiny and I'm not sure why there were so many cars as there was no one there but the drive thru blocks it so it was almost impossible to get a midsize car out.
Employees start and leave shifts and they all look the other way - I was there 1pm, the trash had been there all morning no one cares!
Staff were super nice. This is a really sketchy area and customer either order st the curbside window or the drive through.
