Drove thru here from Arizona, just had to leave rating as I was amazing by drive thru staff, I believe it was Zayn working that day but either way they had a friendly conversation with me while taking my order and I've never had a starbucks employee be so nice !!!
The drinks I got from here were ssooooooo good! The drive-thru person was awesome too. Bright cheery and helpful.
Awful experience at this location. We got skipped over for 15 mins. One of the drinks was made wrong, a latte without espresso in it?, and was given attitude about it. Very frustrating.
Daii took my order and was so helpful and kind! Whole staff is awesome, saved me from my sleep deprived brain
Evan is the epitome of white entitlement??♂️. He told me that I can go ahead and have a seat while he makes the order as if I didn’t know that seating was an option. Then he continued to boss all of the employees around. Very passive aggressive, and needs to watch his tone with customers. I definitely couldn’t work here. ?
Best service! The people that works there are so nice and really do care about their costumers.
Great place to get some fresh Pastry to take to my Christmas Celebration at my Son's....Nice Pumpkin Bread...Lemon Bread...Christmas Snowmen Cookies....Also they had Strung Cheese for my Granddaughter..
Wow, I was a 5 year partner and am fully aware of the standards of practice and customer service; With that said Alice was the best!!! Besides Alice being so patient with my never ending requests, they also gave me my first coffee in Cali on the house. I’m originally from Cali but been living in Atlanta GA for the last 4 years, this was my first day back In Town and had to wait 7 hours for my hotel check in. Alice made my stay so warm, welcoming, and made me feel welcomed back to Cali!!! I’m very overjoyed and wish Alice the best in her shift supervisor position! With their attention to customer communication and by assuring that the patrons have an inviting “safe place” I see Alice becoming a Manager for the company. Keep it up Alice and Sbux team, y’all impressed this former Coffee Master/Barista Champion :)

I’ve been here for a couple hours observing staff and they are amazing! Constantly busy but they have excellent teamwork and are great communicators. Even if they can’t help a customer at the reg right away, they will always acknowledge them and let them know they’ll be right there. There have been some rude customers but this team takes it in stride and continue to give their best. Thank you to this awesome crew!
