recently came here and ordered the same drink i always do, a venti matcha frappe with almond milk, and a strawberry frappe. I ordered three this time and i noticed when i got home that all the drink tasted like water, and there were huge ice chunks in my drink.. i never ever had to go home and put sugar in my starbucks and re-blend it. they need to do better. $25 completely wasted

There was a rude employee there today that made myself and my bf feel very uncomfortable. She gave us attitude for asking simple questions while laughing and joking with other customers who I believe were just regulars. I’ve done customer service for over 10+ yrs if she can’t handle it have her make drinks cuz that was unnecessary

Unfriendly, floor and counter was dirty from spills of coffee. No one said hello except one person and they did not make caramel macchiato right. It tasted like ice but remade but still not to my liking. I won't be going back to this Starbucks.
Nice people who work there and my mocha Coffee was just on time ?was very satisfied it had been over ❤️❤️ year's since I visited still very satisfying

I like going here with my family. It's pretty chill and calm there! Perfect for after work chilling. The only thing is there always out of something like Mocha,Strawberry Syrup, etc.
Super unfriendly woman standing under the loud music, I called out 3 times for assistance, she looks up without a greeting then looks back at her book she’s reading! She’s an employee I think, had on the uniform. Bathroom is filthy!!
