Ordered using app. Was ready upon my arrival, hot and accurate. Just wish the walk-up windows were labeled (one for orders and 1 for pickup would be nice). Customers always need to go through the award dance of moving around one another based on who walked up first, who is waiting for their order and who needs to be acknowledged for picking up a prepaid order.
I ordered an item online that was not sold out when I got to the store I was told that they were sold out I ask for a refund when I noticed that the refund didn't hit my account I called the store they told me they were sorry they were supposed to issue it on the spot I could go back or I could call corporate problem is I'm a truck driver you're welcome for the $5

I'm not sure what they did here. I know my drink wad made wrong and it was also messy and I mean messy. The drive-thru was extremely long and there was hardly anywhere to park. Bad location and bad service.
WONT REDEEM BIRTHDAY DRINK.I had came to this location to redeem my birthday drink but their system is wouldnt scan my code. They told me to come back the store the next day still wouldnt redeem it. All the manager said was “ nothing I can do for you “ not even sorry for the inconvenience.
Change the hours please. Says it opens at 5 am and I waited an hour and they still told me 6:30 am. It's usually my go-to Starbucks. Other than that, my orders haven't been wrong.
