Located inside the Vins supermarket at this same location. Typical Starbucks chain experience, operated by VONS. This location has usually just 1 employee, sometimes 2 when it is most busy. Most often you will be in a queue of 2 to 4 customers waiting for your purchase. Not notably different from a regular Starbucks location.
No customer service, rude cashier
Beverage was good. Server set the beverage on the counter and didn' t announce it was ready for pickup. Anybody could walk and take it if you weren't paying attention.
Fort of all, I wanted for o we 15 minutes because only one person was working there.On top of that they got my order wrong. I can’t have caffeine and they made me a coffee drink when I ordered hot chocolate!

On 08/13/21 I walked in and asked for a tall green latte. I changed my mind and asked to change it for a venti. The cashier was visibly upset. She was charging me for both (the tall and the venti) and I (nicely) told her I just wanted the venti. She yelled “I KNOW”. I simply replied, “never mind, thank you.” and walked away. Worst customer experience of my life.
