We’re from Ventura County. My in laws and I went through the drive through and the drive attendant got our orders completely wrong. I ordered a carmel macchiato and my boyfriends son ordered a white mocha which just tasted like regular coffee. both do not taste like what they’re suppose to taste like. My boyfriend ordered a venti SF vanilla ice coffee and gave him a grande hot coffee. When I told the attendant his drink was wrong, she took it back but still did not give us the correct drink. It tastes like coffee and water. I am very disappointed due to the fact that Starbucks is my go to coffee place. And I get these drinks constantly. The drive through attendant needs to go back to training and learn how to make the drinks correctly. Or management needs to train their employees properly because one thing I know is customer service and how to treat customers which she did not.
I can't stand Starbucks ?..way overpriced I make my own coffee thank you..???♂️☕?. But if that's your cup of coffee then have a wonderful day..thank Jehovah God
Says online and on the lobby door it should be open. But when I got there it was only one employee and they made their own sign and said they would open at 6. That's ghetto it's literally no coffee in the area and Starbucks is closed at 530 am
This Starbucks just blew my mind on how I’m organized the staff are on my first visit to this location. First of all they charge me almost $25 of food we didn’t order and got our drinks wrong twice, and looked at me like I was crazy. Honestly that have the music in the store too loud to where they can’t correctly hear peoples orders.
Nice standard Starbucks next to SoFi stadium. Very busy drive though. Good amount of parking
Its a very busy location so I understand the worker’s frustrations and mistakes, we are all human. But they are all understanding and kind people and would do anything possible to please the customer. Love this location so much!!!
One day lobby for mobile pick up is open,and the next 2/4/22 at 650am its not, this is a hassle and not consistent -i had to jump in the drive thru line for an online pickup? whats the whole idea for online pickup TO AVOID drive thru.
This Starbucks locations energy is nice it's a good vibe the only thing I don't like is every single time I go there it seems like they don't have stuff on the menu that I like they're always out other than that customer service is nice professional
