I always get a large Thai tea boba from here. The gentleman who owns/works there is always really friendly and super kind.

Nightmare delivery experience. Ordered $20 worth of breakfast and only got 2 donuts (not even the ones I ordered). For items that weren't available, they only gave a fraction of refund. So I basically spent $20 to get the wrong breakfast & $5 back. Can't help but feeling switched and baited.
