We made reservations for 7pm, when we arrived they said they didn't acknowledge the reservations it's only to be put on the waiting list, if that's the case, why make reservations, i wasn't happy with that

Went for endless shrimp Monday. Everything was perfect the waitress kept during refills with me asking
The wait time for this restaurant it's ridiculous It was about 2 hours although the host said it was going to be 1 hour and 20 minute wait. They had so many empty tables but not enough waiters. We finally were able to sit down and our waiter was outstanding Ignacio was very friendly and attentive and made sure that we were very well taken care of. If it weren't for Ignacio I would have probably rated this restaurant a one star. Thank you Ignacio for your outstanding service.
The food that we received was great, no doubt about that. I just can't get passed that they were out of broccoli, Mac n cheese and salad. Other than that the service we received was great as our server was very attentive and courteous. I feel bad for him as he had to tell all bis tables that they were out of a lot of things.
A bit of long wait but worth it food was delicious .
