A guilty pleasure. I love their crispy chicken sandwich without the mayo. It's crispier that way and does not need it in my opinion.
I ordered online and my food was hard, dry and old. On top of that when I requested a refund from the Manager, Sayra she refused and gave me a bogus, disconnected number to file a complaint. Little did she know Google doesn't fabricate corporate numbers when needing the correct and accurate number and she refused to refund me my money. I did receive my refund and an apology all praises due to God. Check your food for freshness and quality when spending your money at this location Centinela/La Brea. This worker named Janice (she lied and told me her name was Maria) she has a horrible attitude. Idk why she thinks it’s ok to roll her eyes at customers. I witnessed her treat 2 customers very rude.

First of all, get the app/sign up on their website for the coupons if you frequent here. The coupons really make the meals 40-50% cheaper. Stop overpaying for fast food, y'all.Now, the customer service at location is actually pretty decent. The chicken tenders were freshly-cooked (from frozen of course). That's a rare combination for a Popeye's location.
The last two visits here I ordered chicken sandwiches in the drive and both times they were NOT fresh like they'd been sitting under a heat lamp. Shame on me. Never going back...
